The food never disappoints. Tried several dishes and they were all good. Great family place as servings are pretty big and prices are decent. Every time I come back to P-Cola this is a must to visit. Highly recommended!

Sooo Filipino and sooo good! My kind of taste. Authentic. Place, people, music. Very Filipino. Went past lunch time so it wasn’t that busy and I love it! Glad to find a Filipino resto while visiting. We ordered sinigang na shrimp, kare kare, sisig, monggo, breakfast plate with pritong bangus. All yums:)

Don’t judge a place by the outside.
This was a delicious experience of food with fantastic service.
Started with Lumpia (spring rolls) now these 2 dishes we’re the best we’ve had in a long time. Sisig (crispy pork belly, onion, ginger and red chili peppers with rice
Kare-Kare (stew meat, green beans, bok choy, eggplant in a peanut butter type soup side of rice
Can’t wait till next visit

Ordered #18 Crispy Pata – deep fried pig leg. I was overwhelmed with the amount of food I was given. It was prepared perfectly. Crunchy skin with tender and juicy meat inside. Will come again. Ang sarap naman!

My husband and I ate lunch at Ruby Gin today. Definitely a wonderful lunch and worth going. I would absolutely say that it’s pretty authentic. We ordered the Lumpia, Sisig with an egg and upgraded to the pancit for the side and the Bulalo soup. Everything was amazing. If you get the egg just on top of the Sisig, be prepared it’s raw, but the cast iron it comes on is hot and once you mix it cooks. I’m definitely fine with raw egg but someone else might not be. Lumpia was amazing. The soup my husband got was a little bland for my liking but I believe it’s supposed to be a mild soup. I loved the pot it was served in! Kept your soup hot. Service was excellent!!! We had Asia for our server and I absolutely loved her! I can’t wait to go back and try more dishes!

So, I got the lumpia, the pork fried rice and the fried fish. I’ll start by saying that the lumpia and the fried rice were amazing. The fish, however, was basically fish jerky. Heavily over cooked. It was fried so much that it melted the styrofoam box it was in. Like I had to pull melted pieces of styrofoam off of my fish. It was so hard it was inedible. That was my experience. I will give them another shot, but I will not be ordering the fish again.
