Food was good, but that one young lady who looks like the mascot form Perdu University was giving me attitude and lied right to my face. Bad customer service from her. Apart from that, they had good salsas and it was pretty clean at this location.

I enjoy Rubio’s, and ate at this particular location two times over the last week. My food each time was delicious! Service was a little bit slow (I think there was one cook and one cashier) but to be expected in COVID times. Friendly with tasty food, I simply cannot complain!

I have been a Rubio’s customer for about 20 years. This was such a bad experience, we will drive a little further to a different location in the future. The restaurant was filthy. Not a single customer in the place, yet every table was dirty, the floor was a mess, no napkins, no forks, and the salsa bar was mostly empty. When I told them that they were out of salsa, they said they would just bring some to our table. It was as if they were preparing to close and didn’t want to restock, but it was 2 hours before closing time. Four people working … and nothing getting done. So bad! The food was fine, but not good enough to overcome the atmosphere and attitude.

The fish taco batter was soggy. The cabbage on the tacos tasted like dirty water. The taco as a whole was a homogenous, greasy disaster.
The chips were tasty as were the salsas.
But the tacos were truly bad. I was ravenous before my meal, and now I feel worse having eaten.
Avoid this place if possible.

First of all I love the food from this franchise. I highly recommend any of their salads! This location in particular though used to be great but lately every time I order to go my food is missing ingredients and any directions I add are ignored. Yesterday I ordered the Cilantro Lime Quinoa salad and didn’t get any of the ingredients, it was like someone just threw random ingredients into a bowl. I work nearby and order often and sadly I can say this has been a regular occurrence. Every time I dine in my food is made correctly which is good. The staff is friendly overall. I also notice that the cooks are not required to wear any gloves when preparing food which is not something I feel should happen. I really don’t like writing negative reviews however there have been too many mistakes to ignore. Thank you!

Pretty bad experience here today. I ordered the mango avocado salad and there were quite a few issues with it. First, they forgot to put dressing on it and it was mostly just a big bowl of dry lettuce. Yuck. Second, it had 2 tiny slivers of avocado which is disappointing. Shouldn’t call it an “avocado” salad without having a decent amount of avocado on it. Third, I ordered and paid for extra mango salsa, which they didn’t include with my order. Unfortunately it was a take out order so I didn’t discover these mistakes until I was long gone. Also customer service was completely lacking. I walked in and up to the counter and was completely ignored by all employees for several minutes. There were 3 or 4 employees standing in the kitchen talking who looked at me standing at the counter but kept talking and never offered to help me or even acknowledged my presence. I finally got someone’s attention and she showed me the rack where take out orders are stored, but some sort of acknowledgement when I was standing at the counter would have been nice. Probably won’t be retuning here any time soon.
