Inspired by our Baja beginnings, the menu features our award-winning Original Fish Tacos, plus chef-crafted tacos, burritos, bowls, and salads, all made to order with fresh, quality ingredients and your choice of protein – a variety of responsibly sourced seafood, all-natural chicken, or USDA Choice steak. Our kitchens prepare handmade guacamole and no-fried pinto beans from scratch daily, along with a variety of fresh, signature salsas and sauces. Ok, Rubio’s, I see you! I never really thought about visiting, but all the ads on Instagram kept catching my eye. With Lent currently being celebrated, I decided to give your $8 fish and chips a try. Also ordered the fish sando for $5 and a shrimp taco for $5 -so, $22 out the door, not bad at all. The coleslaw definitely needs some work, and the salsa bar didn’t quite hit the mark for me; I just wasn’t feeling any of it. I mean, you guys have an impressive variety, but one or two of the salsas tasted off. Still, I appreciate the effort and the value. Might come back to try a few more things and see if they improve!

This is by far the best Rubio’s! The entire staff and Manager are so friendly, helpful and personable. The restaurant is run extremely well. My catering order was perfect, on time, and the food was delicious. A gentleman on staff even helped carry the large order to my car. I have been frequenting this Rubio’s for years and it is consistently excellent. Thanks for the great service!

The sweet potato Rainbow bowl is so good! I was there today because I was craving it! Everyone there is helpful, professional, and just wonderfully nice! I also really like this location as you can sit outside it you like, but today was just too cold. It is always a pleasure to go!

So so good just as I remembered it years ago when we had our locations in Southern Florida. Cleaning dining room, the staff was kind, salsas were spot on as well. The diablo sauce is actually super spicy too! I will continue to miss this place when I go home

I ordered a shrimp burrito I feel totally scammed. I talked to the manager and they only put 8 tiny shrimp. It was really just and bean and rice burrito. Definitely not what rubios used to be. So many other restaurants near by I won’t be back. Manager also did and said nothing for the unpleasant experience. On top of that the chips taste like they’ve never changed the oil. Has a bitter stale taste disgusting.
