Consistently impressed by the level.of customer service my family and I receive at this location. We come here a few times a month and the employees always greet us with a smile and make us feel welcome. Tonight we ordered delivery and there was an issue with our order (outside of the store’s control, the delivery driver forgot half of our order). When I called the store to let them know of the issue they were quick to provide a solution, scheduling a new driver to bring us the missing portion of our order. Food arrived hot and tasty, despite the delay. Kind and apologetic service with a quick response just cements why we will continue to patronize this location. Keep up the great work!

I’ve been a faithful Rubio’s customer for over 15 years. The customer service at the locations that I frequented has always been a priority. This location is no exception. The food is fantastic, made with fresh ingredients you can taste, and made to order. Please be patient with the employees, it may take a bit longer than typical fast food places to prepare your order, but it’s so worth it (download the app and order online if you’re in a pinch for time)! I love the new items routinely introduced on the menu to retain customers like myself, and to draw in new ones. If you haven’t tried Rubio’s, give it a go!

Stopped by yesterday to grab food with my husband and daughter to take back home. Once we were given the food my bowl had a lot of black beans and no rice. Disappointed. My husband said his French fries had an odd flavor. And my daughter said her chicken tenders had a very strong taste like old cooking oil. We will definitely not be going back. What a bummer used to be one of our favorite places to eat.

Perfectly hot, crispy fish filets and fresh crunchy cabbage, Rubio’s nails my fish taco yet again and tasting better than ever. One day, I’ll order something else off the menu- but it’s been years and I’m not ready.

This is my favorite Rubio’s mostly because of the staff that work there. We are regulars and they are all so friendly and accommodating. The food is always fresh and they get the orders correct on the 1st try. I love that the menu changes periodically so you can try new things. They have good deals and reasonable prices. Easy parking, inside and outside seating and clean and tidy. Special shout-out to the manager Jorge and the assistant manager but they have all been amazing to us over the years. Keeps us coming back. I love this place!!!

My friend and I work nearby, so placed our orders through the app. It would be very helpful if the app had a dine-in option. It would be nice to pick up our meals and not have to unwrap them, as we are limited on time during our lunch hour. The employees were very kind, however, and offered us plates for our tacos. The music playing was rather loud. Because one of us is hearing impaired, it did make it difficult to have a conversation.

They have Keto tacos! Most of the time my friend can’t go out with us for tacos but since they have Keto shells we were able to have a great dinner. Angel’s service was awesome. I’ll definitely be returning.

I generally only visit for their taco Tuesday. Great deal for good tacos. I do keto, and they’re like one of the only places that offer keto (cheese) shells and for no upcharge .
