PROs: We love Rubio’s! We ate here 3 times while we were in town visiting. Service was great. Place was clean. Food was hot and freshly made. Plenty of store front parking in a great location. Plenty to choose from off the menu.
CONs: We don’t have a Rubio’s where we live in the MidWest. Aside from that we didn’t find anything displeasing.
I use to manage Rubio’s in Point Loma and loved the organization. The food is still great and we always make it a point to visit Rubio’s during our travels. Hello Rubio Family!

I’ve been trying to eat a little healthier lately, so I decided to stop by Rubio’s Coastal Grill off the I-10 and Pebble Creek Parkway in Goodyear. I ordered the Grilled Chicken California Bowl, and honestly, it was really delicious! Super fresh ingredients, perfectly cooked chicken, and great flavor — definitely hit the spot.
The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the girl at the cash register seemed a bit rude — not the friendliest vibe, which was a little disappointing. Other than that, the food and atmosphere were great, and I’d definitely visit again.

I visited Rubio’s today and ordered my usual. The food was good as always, and the sitting area was clean and well-kept, which I appreciated.
Unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing. Cameron, who took our order, was very rude. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this from staff. I know working in the food industry can be difficult at times but staff should be polite and welcoming to customers walking in the door, and that wasn’t the case today.
I hope management considers additional training to ensure customers feel respected and welcomed, because the food quality is good and I’d like the overall experience to reflect that.

Delicious, fresh food. Several healthy options. I wouldn’t say it is a fast food chain as they bring your food to your table and you can get a cold beer, but you do place your order at the counter and clean up after yourself. Don’t let that turn you away.

Rubio’s in Goodyear did uh-mazing last night. Our favorite Gal was working, she has an amazing memory. When she’s working, we know our order is going to be accurate. Food was delicious, even after the ten minute ride home. It wasn’t quick service, but that is to be expected for great food.

They were delicious and they definitely did not skimp out on the portions. My order was ready for pick up at the scheduled time. I was greeted when I walked and greeted as I left. Loved it. I will be getting more tacos on Tuesdays.

Oh it was great! I had the 2 fish taco plate and it was fantastic, the fish was lightly fried, not greasy, the veggies were fresh and even the refried beans were good. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Ordered lunch with a group of coworkers for our meals to go and just sat down with my bowl. If I had received this on site, I would have sent it back.
I ordered a Salmon Mexican Street Corn Bowl – no gualc. Apparently the no guacvwas an afterthought because a large scoop was empty from the bowl. It must have been sitting on the lettuce because I probably have 4 shreds of lettuce in the entire bowl. The salmon is anorexic and definitely not worth the price for the portion size. The black beans are tasteless fillers. The entire bowl is a disappointment.

We have been to this location multiple times and every time it has always been great service. As soon as we walk in we are greeted with a “hi, welcome in.” They are friendly and the food is always so good!
