Picked up a catering order from here. Everything looked perfect. Lots of extra napkins & silverware. Never eaten at this location but I might have to after I saw answers smelled their beans and meats. It seemed like every piece of meat was cooked to perfection. Once I set up the order, the customers began shuffling in immediately. Hats off to the chef and the owner who treated their employees to this meal!

The tacos are good. The workers here are cussing up a storm and are messing up orders. My go orders are cold due to the orders being wrong and having to redo some of them. It’s sad. I hope there’s better staff the next time I get food here or it’s the last time. Thumbs down 1-25-2026 555pm
Edit. Got home only to find out the after are orders where messed up it still want right. “Three 2 fish taco especial plates” that’s not what we got. The cashier has the worse mush mouth and we couldn’t understand him at all. We clarified multiple times and he couldn’t get it right. 0/10
If I go back and that same crew is in there I’ll turn around a leave.

Not good experience . I ordered Coastal Trio, paid tips 15% . Fish seemed fried quite a few times , tortillas hard and seemed old, shrimps looked bad as well, nothing is good. Beans in a cup is soooo salty, unable to eat them, went to waste, waste of my money. Price went up and food did not have the same taste as before, why raised the price if you can’t provide fresh ingredients to make the food taste good like before?

Tonight about 535 pm. when my husband and I came in for a pickup order, there was only one person up front. The cashier was taking orders but she also bagging pickup and delivery orders- and she was OUTSTANDING! She was working the front completely by herself and didn’t miss a beat!
It took a long time to get our order, but she was organized- she kept checking in with people who were waiting, she was communicating effectively with food prep employees and still managed to take orders from people who kept walking in. AND SHE DID IT ALL WHILE still smiling and greeting customers! Several of the customers who were waiting commented on her incredible skills! I’m sure she went home exhausted tonight! She was doing the work of several people and she was doing it exceptionally well!
Rubios is very fortunate she was working tonight. In most situations like this- many customers would have left speaking poorly of their experience- instead, we were in awe of this person’s work ethic, professionalism, and commitment to providing the best customer service possible! I only wish I had caught her name!
AND… the food was excellent and well worth the wait!!

Solid Mexican place are favorite is Taco Tuesday they have amazing fish tacos both standard and upgraded also recommend the steak and shrimp. One of my favorite things about the place is there amazing salsa bar. all kinds of fresh salsa lemons hot sauce. highly recommend

Rubios has one of my very favorite things… the gourmet steak tacos. I used to love down the street and ate them several times/week (Sometimes daily!)…. now… I’m only in town a few times/ year. I stopped and got some before I even made it to my destination. Yum!

Ordered two meals. One came out correctly. The other, a kids meal, came out incorrectly. There seems to be two different ways to order tacos for a kids meal. The wrong one came out. The waiter offered to fix it but the other person was already eating. The black beans were super salty too. Unfortunately, one person is still hungry. 🙁

Ordered the shrimp gourmet tacos. The cook does not know know to cook a tortilla. Way too much butter dripping from a soggy tortilla. Food not very good. Made me have diarrhea soon after. Beware.

The burritos are ok. Don’t get the ones with the fries. They are almost always stale. The high schoolers working the front desk are friendly. The food is a hit or miss for me. Some days it’s great and other days it’s meh. Found a few small hairs on my plate last time btw lol.
