The worst place in town to order food in a bar than I’ve ever seen in my life. The bartenders are only worried about the drinks. They don’t have enough waitresses that come through and check your orders. The bartender tries to do it all. Typical way is is 30 minutes to even get food and if you’re lucky he might come by and ask you if you want something to drink. It’s always been that way. I’ve given it four or five chances. Every time is the same so if you ever go to Ruben’s do not sit in the bar if you want something to eat. The only time to go there is on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The bartender’s name is ludo and he is great. He will make sure you are taken care of. Other than that, don’t waste your time

I got the carnita plate, which come with beans and rice. The beans and the caranitas were extremely delicious. The rice was a little different from what I’m used to. They were okay. Cuz Mexican rice was different had the flavors of the Mexican rice, but not quite to my taste, but it was still good. My wife said that her flautas were Bomb that better than what she expected. What I did like a lot was that they gave us chips with salsa and refried beans and dip with cheese and jalapeno juice that was bomb i do come and recommend that you check it out yourself. Give your input, the food is very good.

Great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. Everything was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. Staff was friendly and attentive. Definitely one of the best Mexican spots around. Highly recommend — we’ll be back.

The service is never good here. The food is fantastic. We come here a couple times a year hoping service has improved but it hasn’t. Everyone is polite, they are just really slow and not very attentive. Don’t come here if you are in a hurry. Otherwise I recommend it.

Sunday evening seemed a bit slower in service, but also people, which was nice. Everyone enjoyed their food and it was clean inside. My daughter got the avocado chicken salad and it was huge! She enjoyed the salad and had left overs. Margarita was strong and in a tall glass, but tasted really good. One of the better margaritas I have had in town. Plus the bean dip and chips are always really good!

The food was great. Really fast service. Our waiter was very friendly. Constantly checking in on us to see if we needed anything. We ordered the chicken fajitas from the lunch menu. I do not eat beans, but the beans they serve with the chips and salsa were amazing. Best “bean dip” ever!

I had lunch here today with a couple of friends. This is a very nice, clean restaurant with excellent waiters.
I ordered their lunch Tostada grande, you have choice of meat. I ordered chili verde, it was delicious, couldn’t eat it all. Another ordered enchiladas suizas, he said they were great.
I also ordered their House Margarita on the rocks, they come in a 16oz glass, it was muy bueno.
I can’t remember our waiter’s name-darn it, nevertheless, he did a outstanding job.
