Rub Me Raw BBQ is an Arkansas-style craft barbecue trailer serving a full menu year-round. Our barbecue is built on mild, balanced smoke and house-made seasonings that do the heavy lifting—because great BBQ starts with the rub, not the sauce. We serve ribs with a Texas salt n pepper backbone and a light Kansas City-style glaze, salt-and-pepper brisket, unsauced pulled pork unlike anything else, and tri-tip that stands up to the West Coast. All meats stay consistent, while scratch-made sides like mac and cheese, cheesy potato casserole, beans, green beans, and slaws rotate seasonally.
