RPM IS TOP TIER “A fantastic experience from start to finish! We arrived for a late 9:30 p.m. reservation, and while the restaurant wasn’t too busy, the service was prompt and the food arrived perfectly timed.
Every dish was a hit. The Parker Rolls with everything seasoning and soft butter were a great start, and the King Crab California Roll was delicious. The Black Sea Bass was fried to perfection and seasoned beautifully. For sides, the Potato Wedges were a standout—incredibly crispy on the outside and fluffy like mashed potatoes on the inside—and the Brussels Sprouts had a wonderful charbroiled flavor. We paired everything with a Cabernet and a Paloma, both of which were excellent.
The only minor downside was that they were sold out of the Crab Fried Rice and one other item we wanted. If you’re booking a later table, just be aware that some popular dishes might be unavailable. However, the menu is so diverse that we still found plenty of amazing options.
The check-out process was seamless thanks to the QR code on the table. Highly recommend making a reservation—definitely a 5-star experience!”

Enjoyed a great Chicago Restaurant Week lunch here. Started with the Yellowfin Tuna Crispy Rice with spicy mayo and serrano, which had the perfect balance of heat and crunch. The Simply Grilled Branzino with fire-kissed tomatoes, Amalfi salt, and lemon was light, fresh, and full of bright flavor. Finished with the Dark Chocolate Gelato, rich and smooth without being too heavy. Service was friendly, the pacing was relaxed, and the overall experience felt thoughtful and well executed. I’d definitely come back again.

Fantastic experience here on Sunday evening. My wife and I came to celebrate her birthday and it did not disappoint. We were happy to sit next to the windows overlooking the river and the lights shimmering on the water were magical. We did the Handcut Filet, which was cooked perfectly med rare to rare and it was flavorful and had minimal seasonings (salt and pepper) with a nice crust. My wife had the Wild Alaskan Halibut with capers in brown butter which was light flaky and moist and tasted wonderful. The sides stole the show. We had the Charcoal Roasted Brussels Sprouts and the Maine Lobster Fried Rice. These were delicious. The rice was light and fluffy and loaded with flavor. Very enjoyable indeed. We topped it off with the Banana Cream Napoleon with Phyllo Pastry and warm salted caramel. Great experience and I highly recommend RPM Seafood.

We had an awesome time at RPM Seafood in Chicago! The King Crab Mac & Cheese and Lobster Fried Rice were both insanely good—super rich, super flavorful, just perfect. The location is great too, with an amazing view of the city, especially at sunset. They even made a custom birthday menu for my wife, which was such a cool and thoughtful touch. Definitely recommend if you’re celebrating something or just want a night out with a great view!

I highly recommend this exquisite and wonderfully crafted seafood cuisine . The halibut and the lobster dishes were perfectly executed. Despite being far from the oceans, the restaurant offers products are of top quality and so fresh that you think it was fished/harvested the same day. The most remarkable thing in this restaurant is the exceptional wine selection of French varietals (especially from Burgundy). They offer over seven types of Romanet Conti in red, but also five types of white Chassagne Montrachet from Romanet Conti as well. The wine menu is better than the The Bernardin’s wine list in New York. The Sommelier told me that the owner had an exclusive access to top wine makers in France. You will taste wines difficult to get in retail. Enjoy!
