We visited today and felt really sad looking at the interior. It feels like a deserted old building. While the service was good, the food wasn’t great. The quality of the chaat has declined, perhaps because there are fewer customers. This place used to be so lively and full of people, so seeing it empty on a Friday evening was disappointing. They don’t seem to be maintaining their food quality anymore.

This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The sweets were spoiled, and all of them had an unnatural smell, like perfume. Nothing was fresh. I don’t know why they are playing with people’s health—are they not humans too? Please, please do not go to this place. I have attached evidence as well.

We went to this location for something quick snacks/ food and did a BIG MISTAKE.
They use worst quality oil for cooking and keeps using it continuously, I could easily tell it from the taste in Samosas and Bhature.
They also served us stale sambhar, upon asking the lady at the counter rudely denied it.
They don’t know how to make noodles and completely burnt them or they never nicely wash the pan in which they make it.
Only the Aalo-Tikki chaat was good and the Chole.
The food made me and my daughter sick, one of us threw it completely at night and I am still having an upset stomach.
I would rather stay hungry if the only choice is to go to Royal Sweets because I don’t want to get sick again

Great place to eat! The food is delectable and there are so many options for everyone’s taste. We ordered dosas and loved the great sized portions. The restaurant itself has a nice area for kids to watch the chef cook the food. Overall, it is a great experience for the family!

I stumbled upon this place by accident. The place was ‘decent’ on the outer looks, but it does need some deep cleaning. There are stains all over the tables, and need to be cleaned properly. The water dispenser was disgusting, and didn’t want to drink water.
The food was surprisingly okay. I guess the low expectations sort of worked, and the food was decent. I had the sev puri and the Veggie Burger. The sev puri/dahi puri was very very good. It had good amount of fillings and all tastes were equal and nothing was overwhelming. The veggie burger was a little too big. The aloo tiki was too soft (not sure why it was pink). The grilled onions and peppers were a nice crunch to the otherwise soft burger. I asked for light cheese, but if it weren’t for the grilled veggies, it would have been cheesy vada Pav. Nothing special about the burger.
Overall, I might try again, as it wasn’t disappointing. A little more cleanliness would have be preferred.

Decent Indian food. Nothing great. Good portions. Food tastes good but they made the wrong chaat and burnt one bhatura, Papdi chaat was watery and bhel insipid. Veg Manchurian momo looked like veggie potstickers but tasted really good with the gravy.

Rude customer service. I visited on 26th Dec 2025 around noon for Rasmalai sandwiches. There was a young lady who was sorting the boxes for more than 15 minutes than attending me even though she said to me to wait. When I was trying to place my order. She picked one of the sandwiches which was broken. I asked her to replace the piece which good one. She repeatedly kept asking which one even though I kept pointing the piece without touching. Later she said rudely don’t touch. She said she will bring freshly prepared but instead she very old stock. I said I don’t want. She rudely said then GO. I will never visit this place again. She played too many games that too with customer
