Pretty tasty! Huge portions…definitely split everything. Even splitting between two people we had lots of leftovers. If you get the mushroom broth I don’t recommend also getting the mushroom combo, unless you literally can’t get enough mushrooms. Mushrooms for days. Everything tasted fresh. Staff was very nice. Will definitely go again.

the hot pot spots in my hometown can’t even begin to compare to Royal Pot. after years of telling me about it, my friends brought me to Royal Pot for the first time and it was incredible!

I was really DISAPPOINTED for the MISS-LEADING MENU and the BAD ATTITUDE of this restaurant’s customer service.
One of the dishes I ordered online named FISH HEAD hand rolled noodles for 9 dollars, but only plain noodles came. Usually this kind of noodles would be an appetizer thing, with little ground meat in it. So I asked them if they missed fish part. They have really bad attitude on phone, said that’s for an add-on for a 40 dollars fish. But there’s no evidence to show customers that it’s an add-on from the menu. However after the call they immediately removed that from online menu. If they were correct as they insisted, why would they remove that immediately?? But the consumer service of royal pot just insulted us, blaming us misunderstanding menu. I don’t know how many other jokes in their menu, just hope they could improve their attitude at least.

Such a fun experience! We had never tried a hot pot before but loved the options and seeing the butter bear melt. I had the spicy option, which was definitely one of the spicier meals I’ve ever eaten. We also had the Garlic Shrimp prepared meal and a Sesame Chicken prepared dish. We also tried the crab ragoons, egg rolls, fried dumplings, and egg drop soup. The portions were huge and we definitely had a lot left over.

Extremely authentic chinese Sichuan food. This place has authentic spicy chinese dishes using chili peppers directly shipped from China. They also has the hotpot with wide selection of hotpot dishes! It might be hard to get a handle on the hotpot eating figuring out how long each ingredient should be boiled for and how to mix up your hotpot dipping sauce. But the waiters at the restaurant are always down to help and provide more information.

The food truck visited our neighborhood and I got the crispy combo and 3 bao buns. The portions are very generous and the prices are reasonable. They gave me a drink while I was waiting and were very sweet and friendly to customers. Would definitely recommend the beef cilantro bao and anything with the spicy mala seasoning. I might stop by for seconds if I have time.

Spent over $100 to order on Thanksgiving. I get it slow, but getting served cold food and extremely greasy almost inedible. Will never buy here again. I never post anything negative about a business cause you never know as a bad day, but I just couldn’t do it today. This is the worst experience. I’ve had ordering food.

Came in with the fam and dine-in. Great experience overall. Atmosphere oozes culture with bamboo arches and traditional looking chairs (Not a big fan of them tho). Staff were attentive and nice. The food selection was great with many to choose from. The hotpot in particular is the royal jewel. Bear and mildly spicy broth with the variety of meats made the whole evening a thrilling experience. 9/10 Would come again.

Make your own sauce to dip my meat in after you take it out of the hot pot which was really nice. They have a robot that delivers your food to the table which is so cool! I don’t really like vegetables so I know next time to get a lot of meat. Overall a great experience.
