I ordered a stuff crust pizza with pepperoni, extra cheese and bacon. I was told it would take 10 minutes. My order was placed at 1:22 pm. I stop looking at the time after 2:10 pm. When I finally got the pizza home, it was not even warm. The pepperoni was on the pizza but extra cheese and bacon was no where to be seen. My kids were very upset and so was I that I paid $31.23 for a $15 pizza. When I called (5 times) to ask whether they gave me the wrong pizza, the phone rang so many times until someone picked it up and hung up. I deserve a refund. No more visits to this Pizza Hut.

Pizza nothing like pictures online. Looked + TASTED like it had been sitting then reheated. Or OVERBAKED? Saturday July 30 6:35 pm pizza pickup. Took 2 slices out and could not finish those. I try not to ever give 1 star even when food or services & products are REALLY not right so I did 2 here, and I very rarely give bad reviews especially these days when a lot of businesses really need all their customers, BUT with inflation, gas, etc. people can’t be wasting their hard earned hard to come by $ on sub-par carryout & takeout. I haven’t had Pizza Hut in a while; usually order from P John’s or Little C’s. Decided, hmmm need a change let me try Pizza Hut after so long. This pizza looked and tasted not even a 1/3rd of a step up from frozen DiGiorno. Dare I say the frozen pie’s sauce & cheese tastes way better than this did…perhaps the crust as well. The sausage on the pizza was not good. The sauce was worse than Domino’s. Pan crust tasted bizarre
and entire pizza was dry and did not taste fresh @ all . When myself & a friend actually sat down and dined in for pizza inside the Pizza Hut way before the Pandemic hit it tasted a lot better. Don’t know what happened. Sometimes it depends on who is back there making the food but I was actually starving before I took a few bites of this pizza and it totally killed my appetite. This pie was not good.

I was informed that this location no longer had delivery so I sent my son in a uber to pick up a pizza. He did not bother to check if the pizza was correct as we do not eat meat. I ordered a thin crust veggie pizza. I was at work at the time but when I got home, I realized the pizza hadn’t been demolished per usual. I noticed it was a supreme pizza with regular crust. I called back & spoke to the manager (I think her name was Lisa… my apologies if I’m wrong) however, she went out of her way to remake the correct pizza & even delivered it to my house herself. If that’s not outstanding customer service I dnt know what is. I’ve had mix ups with other pizza places in the area including the Pizza Hut in glen burnie & nobody seemed to care that my $25 went down the drain. I just want to personally thank the Pizza Hut in Brooklyn for going above & beyond for my family & I. We appreciate the customer service, we appreciate the freshly made perfect pizza & most of all for her (the manager) to take the time out of her shift on im sure a quite busy Friday night meant everything! I will not be visiting any other Pizza Huts ever again, Infact this Pizza Hut will be the only pizza place we order from going forward. Again thank you so much since my car is in the shop so I wasn’t able to make it back there. Although I had the whole pizza nobody touched, she ddnt even ask for it back. It’s a shame more places dnt have this type of customer service! If I cld rate u guys 10 stars I totally would. Thank you “Lisa” gosh I hope that was your name. I kno she was the manager on duty that night but it totally skipped mind to write this review until just now. Pizza Hut in Brooklyn u guys rock!!! Much love from church st!

Staff was nice but pizza huts new pan pizza is disgusting. The company has cut corners and is being greedy. The pizza is no longer delicious. Please don’t call that mini circular pizza a pan pizza. I have been a loyal customer since the 80’s but no more. I will get my pizza from Sbarro, Gianni’s, or Squisito from now on. They’re not misleading with the food they offer. So disappointed in pizza huts corporate decisions. The only reason I give service a one star is because of cross contamination. The person who made the pizza went directly to the register, touched his hair several times, and went back to making pizza. No gloves or hand washing. He was nice but that was gross.

Not really a review type of guy but gotta give props when its due. Went inside, white female was running the store all by herself couldnt catch her name. From cooking to taking orders. At that she was very nice, respectful and welcoming. Got my food within 15 minutes even though it was busy and she was by herself, props to her!
