Wow!! This place is everything I hoped for! The food was absolutely amazing – hands down the best brunch I’ve had in years. The wait staff is very fun and attentive and also can’t be beat. I went when the place was in the midst of being upgraded and it is limiting seating so the atmosphere is very “casual” right now. The charm is amazing though! It was once a drug store and they have many original pieces still there from the 80s and 90s.

I ordered food from here before and it was great, wife and i decided to go in person and was disappointed. Its literally a whole in the wall. Not enough sitting, there was a wait, no one even greets you, you just put your name on a list and wait. Place needs a revamp and a good cleaning. After a long wait we left

The atmosphere is strange, but still diner-esque. I really enjoyed my veggie omelette, potatoes, cinnamon French toast, iced tea. I would love to come back for lunch and see what the burgers are like 🙂

This restaurant might give a hole-in-the-wall vibe, however, don’t be fooled by the appearance cause they serve great food and coffee!
We enjoyed everything that we ordered (French toast, eggs, and sausage). Staffs were also friendly and attentive.
They were busy and had a lot of pick up orders, but we didn’t have to wait long to get our food.

Royal Palm Grill is a most excellent old time, authentic diner! From the chrome stools at the counter, to the booze with the wooden tables to the eclectic staff with the greatest hospitality service… Super excellent
I had an omelette and some grits with coffee… All hot and perfectly cooked. The grits were super hot and super smooth and just delicious.
The coffee kept coming and Brandi made me feel like a regular… And this place is built on regulars!
They have some specials… But the menu choices are good. If you like old Timey authentic, this is a place for you.

Don’t judge a book by its cover!! This old Homestead diner from the 50s appears to be going through some rough renovations but don’t turn around…they are open!! Once inside, the service is friendly and fast. 2nd time we’ve gone for delicious all-American breakfast and the best B.L.T.s!! Solid food

I ordered waffle and bacon. Others with me ordered grilled Ham and cheese sandwich with fries, buffalo chicken wrap, and the last person ordered the special which was a Philly wrap.
Everyone said their food was delicious and would come back if back in town.

One of the other reviews mentions, “Don’t judge a book by it’s cover”. This could not be truer of the Royal Palm Grill; but these are the kind of local eating spots that our family gravitates towards!!!! The place was filled when we arrived so we signed in onto their waitlist tablet.
Staff was friendly and the breakfast ABSOLUTELY delicious and came in a timely manner!!! Portion sizes are generous.
If I get to venture down to Homestead again, I would stop here to eat in a heartbeat.

Do not let the looks of this old school dinner with the funeral home across the street keep you from enjoying the fantastic breakfast food! I had the fench toast that was light and fluffy with fresh strawberries…yum and the price was right!

One would never guess from outside what a little gem of a place it is! Traditional American diner, very efficient service and brilliant food worth writing home about! We went there four times for breakfast at our recent trip to Florida and would go back there anytime. Highly recommended.
