Stay away, by far the sleaziest establishment I’ve been to in a very long time. Menu prices are unclear and staff is VERY rude. There was no greeting, nobody seated us, my friend yelled to the bar chick who he knew what he wanted to drink. The chick behind the bar and also running to tables to take orders is lacking big time, she didn’t take my drink order for about 25 minutes. It might sound like a lot for one person but keep in mind there’s 5 people in this entire bar, and they’re clearly regulars. EVEN THE REGULARS were appalled at the service I was given by this young lady, I never complained still. Then I got my check and realized my 6 piece wings was $13.75 when I was under the impression that it was a lunch special pricing at $0.75 each. I only ate one of the chicken wings because they were terrible, so when I seen the price I was extra surprised. I politely asked the young lady if there was anything they could do for me, that I had made a mistake and I thought the wings were significantly cheaper. She said “well that’s your fault.” Again, the menu was very unclear and this mistake will continue to happen. I ultimately didn’t want to make a big fuss about $6-7 so I did what any sane person would do and paid the tab, I will not be returning for any future visits. Both the chick at the bar and the cook who caught me on my way out with his “tough guy” act thinking I hadn’t paid for my ticket were immediately VERY rude and defensive about the entire situation, the furthest from thing hospitable you could imagine. I strongly advise you steer clear.

We ordered through uber last week. We got the french dip, 4 corner pizza and a coney dog. The french dip was very small for the price, the meat tasted terrible or it was seasoned bad, the bun edges were also hard. The Dip for the sandwich was not aus jus sauce or anything that should be served. The Chili Dog had a sweet flavor to it. The Pizza was ok, the toppings were good quality but the sauce was not the best tasting. It also could have been cooked another minute or so.

Came in on July 5th 2025 at 10:50pm and asked the lady bartender for a shot of liquid cocaine and the bar tender looked me in the face and just said no. She refused to make it but would just give me a straight shot of vodka. If she wasn’t aware how to make it she could have just said it and I could have told her and educated her for the next time someone ordered it. She is extremely rude and I’m guessing this is normal behavior since it’s a Saturday night and the place is empty. I will not be returning again

Comfortable and genuinely inviting atmosphere and very hard working staff. Not super fancy and that’s a good thing. This is a spot you can meet friends for a drink, grab some affordable and good food, and actually relax. Truly a hidden gem

Everyone here is nice and friendly, the scenery is a bit older, just the way we like it. The cool Brett does a really nice job with the food and the menu, always an interesting special as well. Pool table, darts would be nice to have. There is an outdoor seating area as well. Drinks are yummy here too of course.

This is the definition of a good dive bar. It has really good burgers, the night bar tender on Wednesdays has an insanely good memory, he remembers my order only after a few visits. Most of the patrons seem to know each other. Which can lead to less than enjoyable very loud conversations. If you are looking for a cheap spot to go after work, give this place a shot.

Very Bukowski. Best food prices in ALL of Oakland County. Very safe room. Familiar faces because people are serious about relieving their day of stress. Pool table makes for a basement feel. I am proud to say I tend bar Tuesday and Wednesdays.

Surprisingly fun hole-in-the-wall bar! Went here to watch a March madness game on a whim and glad I did. The servers/waitresses were super nice and my brother and I agreed that the food was amazing. I would definitely come again and would order pick-up on their food menu if I wanted something quick and yummy. Good prices and happy hour/daily deals too.

Solid dive bar all-around, it’s nice to walk here and have a few well-priced drinks and eat some decent bar food for pretty cheap, especially compared to other Royal Oak/Clawson bars. Cassandra is always a delight, i don’t know the other bartenders by name but they’re all good at enriching the experience. I’ve gone here with friends and by myself, the crowd is usually pretty friendly and good to chat with. Their cheese sticks have gotten me in the door more than a few times because they’re HOMEMADE!!!! SO YUMMY

I love a good dive bar, but this was just a bad bar. Our bartender really wasn’t friendly, but not terrible. Their carbonation is so, so bad. The soda water and coke were far from fizzy. We tried the chicken sandwich special, special it was not, and the worst sandwich I have ever eaten. It was so over-fried it was almost black. A good dive bar should have 1 of 3, good food, drink, or service… I found none of this here.
