I had high hopes but unfortunately the chicken tandoori wasn’t cooked well and did not even look like a tandoori meal. The meat inside still raw and even the blood can be seen “photos attached”.
I requested the food to be mild in spice level but it tasted very spicy, and I’m no stranger to spicy food.
I called the restaurant for this pick-up order to explain the problem, but a third party answering facility answered the call and said they can’t do anything about it.

Royal Hyderabad is locally owned and opened 3 months ago. We went basis a lot of reviews about good Indian food with the right level of spice. Coming from an Indian background, the spice attracted us since that’s mostly minimal at the businesses we tried in the past.
The ambience is casual, the space is huge and you are escorted immediately.
The menu definitely confused us with such a huge variety but not surprising since this is how menus in India are.
We ordered a hot and sour chicken soup which was tangy, moderately spiced and generously peppered with chicken. The chicken biryani (chicken in flavored rice) reminded us of food served back home, it was that well made.
All in all we enjoyed our dinner and we were absolutely delighted with the diversity of customers pouring in.

Started with Soup and Guntur Chicken and both things tasted exceptional. It was my first time trying Guntur Chicken and I am so glad I did. It’s a bit on the spicier side, so if you like some heat, give it a try. For dinner we ordered paneer do pyaza, chicken tikka masala, lacha parantha and tandoori roti. The paneer was really good and full of flavor. I was impressed with the lacha parantha as well. But the only downside for me was the chicken tikka masala. It tasted bland and for some reason it had bell peppers. Ended with taking the kulfi falooda to go. It was good, a bit too sweet for my taste. All in all the food was great. Service was a little slow. But I would go back despite that.

Very disappointing visit to the Royal Hyderabad. Sad to say, the food was tasteless, and the presentation was zero. The Shahi tukda was a mush. The kashmir malai kofta was hard as a rock and just creamy. The garlic Naan was ok, and the only saving grace was the papdi chaat. The Tikka idli had barely any taste. The daal tadka tasted old. service — there were just two guys running the floor, no experience in customer service, no music, no communication or acknowledgment towards anything we said. They might as well have been invisible. People were leaving the table without finishing their food, and yet the server nor the (I think manager/server) didn’t bother asking them for feedback. Oh! Did i mention it was expensive for the quality of food we had!! The only stars i gave were for location and clean bathroom. This place has a lot of potential and hope they train the staff and get a good chef! Good luck!

Royal hyderabad looks very ambitious inside and outside. Had a take out with Vijayawada chicken biryani, Mutton dum biryani got free Gunturu chicken appetizer.
Food is over all Good, Mutton Biryani and Gunturu chicken taste was good. Vijayawada biryani has been added with more color and taste was not that great.
Prices are same like the other restaurants in the town. I will visit for Lunch buffet here very soon.

The food was amazing amazing. My server Vicky was also wonderful. He saw my mouth was burning (because Indian mild is American hellfire) he brought me a mango lassi free of charge to ease the pain. It was a professional yet casual and intimate atmosphere. The silverware made me feel like royalty. It was a really great experience.

TERRIBLE. Tandoori Chicken was RAW and we had to discard 3 whole leg pieces. Had a stomach upset for a whole night as a result. Restaurant did not refund.
The vegetarian food is also pretty basic. They put peas and carrots in masala dosa which is extremely disappointing.
Never eating here again.

The food was good. Service was great! My biriyani was just warm. I like my food hot but it could be just the way they serve it. Chicken tikka was delicious.
