Started out waiting 10 minutes for our drinks. Buffet was pretty picked over with a few items left that did not look appealing. And my goodness don’t ask for napkins…. it’s a whole fiasco. Definitely gave a times are “tough” vibe. Then she brought our bill and the price was different than what was posted inside the front door. Brought it to her attention and she refused to acknowledge it. Food was ok at best. The ice cream situation was a little disturbing. Everyone helps themselves to the almost empty buckets and places the used scoop into a nasty bath of dirty, cloudy water. Ick! End of story. I’d definitely pick somewhere else to go next time.

The food was good but the service was amazing we had the sweetest server. My 2yr old ended up getting an upset stomach at the table. I was so apologetic and embarrassed and she was so nice about it and her and I get the mess taken care of together and she was like please don’t worry about this it’s okay. Made my mama heart so happy. 10/10 would recommend eating here!

We have eaten at the Royal Buffet more than a dozen times and have only had wonderful experiences. The food is delicious with many selections. The staff is very pleasant. We drive 60 minutes round trip from our cabin in Amery. Very much worth the drive.

Stopped in at 1 PM on April 12, 2021. Everything was really fresh. Everything tasted really good. I don’t remember the last time I went out for Chinese food? I usually make it myself because of Covid. But this truly was an amazing meal. Seriously very good food. I’m so happy I dropped in. All the workers wear masks and gloves. Inside is very clean. People are very kind.

Service was wonderful! However, the food was very bland, and had no taste. Even the watermelon was bad. My fiancé and I were in and out within maybe 15 mins.. and to top that off.. his mac n cheese had hair In it. I definitely won’t be back.

We spent 40$ for the two of us for take out. I’m not much of a Chinese food guy. But this was the worst that that I have ever ate. Gave us a bag of chow mein noodles about twice the size of a saltine cracker package. They make Amery’s Chinese look like the most authentic in the area.
