Very good restaurant for Indian food. It is out of the way but worth it. The staff were very friendly and pleasant. I like that they bring you warm dinner plates so your food does not immediately get cold. We tried the chicken tikka and shrimp curry and they were delicious. Would come again

Excellent food, exemplary Service.

Liked everything about the place, the food was really tasty and the ambiance was really good. The recommendations made by the serving team were spot on. The portion sizes were also more than adequate.

I would recommend you to try out the Indian chai here. Hands down one of the best chai I had in Vienna. Also try out the shrimp soup from here.

One of the best Indian food I have tasted.
The spice level is ”Indian” spicy if you ask for it. We were 6 people and we ordered
1. Chicken tikka masala (spicy)
2. Chicken tikka starter
3. Paneer tikka starter(spicy)
4. Malai kofta
5. Palak paneer masala
6. Mango lassi
The staff were really sweet and the service was quick.
Overall a great experience. The food is slightly expensive but once try is definitely suggested.

Really good relaxing atmosphere in this restaurant. Food was delicious and the staff made recommendations to the food. Wife took the Malai Kofta with middle spiciness, but it was too much for her (it was ok for me, so we exchanged food). You can also order Samosa not on menu, which was good sized and not spicy. Mango Lassi comes in a jug, so quite a nice size. Desert was too sweet for me, but with extra water is manageable 😉 Toilet is spaced good, even with some anti-bacterial gel, in case you need it.

Amazing and original tastes and great quality but the reason we not give 5 stars is because is too much small for the price, the rest is good and the service very very kind. Spicy is truly spicy so be careful.

Very cozy restaurant, clean and the waitresses are polite and friendly.

Food very delicious, they don’t have beef but their menu are enough to choose around and delicious too.

Be back again one day ❤️

Very beautiful looking place! But, don’t let that mislead you! The food we ordered – paneer tikka masala ended up being a very average tasting curry with coconut milk. The pakoras were cold and soggy.

The waiters are constantly trying to clear off your table while you are still eating.

Ambience wise, one of the nicest looking Indian restaurants in Vienna, but food wise, one of the worst.

First time in Royal Bombay Palace!
Amazed by the quality of the dishes. Absolutely loved the Shrimp Soup and Royal Lamb Curry! The Masala Chai was just what we needed on a cold November evening. Perfect ambience for a dinner date and very welcome owner! Nothing less than 5 Star ⭐️

I have heard and got recommended a lot about this place from my friends and finally went to have the experience there. Though there is not a lot of options in the menu, which is good actually, the quality of food was really good. I don’t like having food colour in my food, which I found to be very common in many Indian restaurants in Vienna. But here, at least I couldn’t notice artificial colours in food, which I liked it. The service is very good. The people are very warm and welcoming. We really loved the prawn dish from the starter, the bio malai kofta, chicken tikka masala and Lamm lahori. The Kulfi was also really good, not too sweet. Their Methi Paratha and Paneer kulcha are must. Looking forward to visit them again soon. I highly recommend this place for their delicious and very close to authentic Indian food.

We went on the opening night and had an amazing dinner. Food was very good and they even gave us an entrée on the house. Our order was brought quickly and was just delicious and portions were more than enough. Service in general was good and all staff very firendly and attentive. It was a bit pricy for the area but in all we can recommend it!
