place and I am so glad I finally tried it! The food is amazing, the service was fast and the place is clean and accommodating for large or small groups. We started with Samosas which were perfect. This in one of my favorite appetizers and you could actually make a meal out of them all alone if you wanted. For dinner, we had Chicken 65 Biryani which was a huge portion and so delicious! We also had Chicken Tikka Masala which was also excellent. For dessert, we shared a Ras Malai which is a spongy Indian cottage cheese disc with milk, flavored with sweetness and saffron and topped with almonds. So good! There are two locations for this restaurant, one in Bothell and the one we tried here in Lake Stevens. I highly recommend that you try it if you love Indian food!

The food here is very good, fresh, hot, flavorful and the service is wonderful. The waiter is fast, efficient and friendly. I got chicken Biriyani and I got a very large portion. Lots of rice and chicken. The rice itself was very spicy and had a lot of flavor. We also got the butter chicken which was super flavorful and good. Plus 2 orders of naan. The naan was flakey and buttery and again VERY flavorful. Overall really great experience!

The best! We have tried so many Indian restaurants and have not found one which is better than home food until we found the Lake Stevens Biryani House. They are consistently amazing and their Gobi 999 is Wow! Their biryani has so many varieties and each one we have tried has been beyond excellent!

Visited Royal Biryani House with a group of four after hearing great recommendations from friends, and the experience truly lived up to the hype. We tried a couple of their biryanis, including the Ulavacharu and Gongura varieties, and absolutely loved the rich flavors and perfectly cooked meat.
The starters were delicious, the biryanis were flavorful and well-balanced, and the service was smooth and
attentive throughout. Everything was well managed and served with care, I’m now eager to explore more of their flavors.

Overall, good food. I am a more traditional eater and not very adventurous. I had the mango curry chicken, it was too sweet for me. Daughter had fried chicken noodles. She thought it was ok, too much pepper she said. Wife had lamb, she liked it.

Absolutely delicious . We had the butter chicken medium spice, shrimp pepper fry medium spice, rice, garlic Naan with the dipping sauces and Mango lassi drink. Great portions, took food home and felt satisfied. Must save room for Gulab Jamun for dessert. Everything was fresh, served hot and so full of flavor. Friendly knowledgeable wait staff. Absolutely worth the visit. Definitely returning.

They’ve taken up residence in the old Lucky Dragon Chinese restaurant. Food was great – so many tasty choices, and everything we got was outstanding. The service was super slow. Took 30 minutes for our 1st dish to arrive, then another 20 before the rest came out. There was a constant stream of Door Dash trash waiting at the entrance and they were clearly busting tail trying to keep up with everything. As I said, the food was terrific, and I look forward to returning once they get a handle on their service issues.

First time visiting. Very good. My husband is from Kolkata so he typically is pretty picky about his indian food but even he enjoyed it. We had my 1 year old daughter with us who made a mess with the rice and the waiter was so nice and understanding. I offered several time to clean it up but he insisted it was not necessary. Would not even let me clean off the table. We will certainly visit again and tell our friends to try it out.
