I ordered lunch at 11:07 a.m., and it didn’t get delivered until 12:35, 15 minutes after my lunch break ended. The food was cold, and the fries look and taste like they were cooked in old chicken grease. The delivery driver had an attitude because she couldn’t find the address, which was accurate. I will not order from this restaurant again, period. I’ve had several bad experiences with wrong orders, missing items, and late deliveries. I’m done. We ordered directly from the store, and the delivery person was from the store. She told my co-worker that she “was doing [her] a favor” bringing the delivery. It wasn’t a favor when it was delivered late, the food was cold, and delivery is a service that you offer.

The photos speak for themselves! I’ve never been a fan but my job orders from here all of the time! Figured its been more than 5 years, so I’ll try again and go with something easy! This is shrimp and French fries. Thought there was no way they could mess this up!! Doesn’t look appetizing and it surely didn’t taste appetizing! Definite waste of my money!

My coworkers and I ordered several meals at 11:07am. We did not receive any contact until 12:43pm. The delivery was placed directly with the restaurant. I called 2x to verify delivery time. Both times I was told the food was in its way and would be to us in a “couple of minutes “. Never a time or even a time frame. The driver called me when she got in the area and asked where I was. I repeated the address several times, even though I had given it at the time I ordered. She began to tell me all the mile markers where she was. I kept trying to coach her and tell her exactly where I was. I gave the name of the building, the location and side street. She told me she didn’t know it was there she only knew of another school. She told me she was down the street, so I attempted coaching her to get to me, again, for several minutes. When she finally arrived at 12:52, our food was cold and our lunch time was over! The bags were packed and stacked on top of each other, so my coworkers burger was smashed and the fries were ice cold! I ordered a wrap that was oily and soggy. I could only eat half. A coworker immediately wrote a Google review. The delivery driver actually called me being confrontational asking why the review was written. I explained why and she wanted to debate with me and said I should have called her instead of writing that. She said she did me a favor by delivering because they were really busy. The audacity! I told her that we did them a favor by patronizing their business. She went on to say “Well next time…”. As she said that I told her their would never be a next time, and hung up the call. Avoid the headache from poor customer service and do not patronize this business. No apology was given, no credit offered, no partial refund offered. Terrible service!

We had a New Year’s Day brunch from 11am-2 pm. The staff arrived promptly at 9:30 for set up. Our menu included waffles with a variety of toppings, fruit, nuts, chocolate chips, syrup. Design your own omelet, choices included onions, peppers, mushrooms, cheese, ham. Fruit tray, cookie tray, cake pop tray, and assorted pastries were all displayed attractively. The pans of crisp bacon, sausage patties and hash brown casserole were also a hit!
The staff was very efficient and pleasant to work with. Our guests were very pleased with the selection and taste of all the food prepared.
Their clean up was very thorough and time efficient. I would highly recommend this catering service for any event you want to schedule! Kaitlin Kozlowski was easy to work with in and very thorough in helping us make our final determinations of food and beverage choices within a reasonable price range.

Truly some of the worst pizza I’ve ever eaten, and I’ve reviewed over 40 pizza spots in Detroit. There was no sauce on the pizza and it was basically flavorless, it tasted like the poorest quality pizza you could imagine. I couldn’t eat more than two slices and I never waste pizza. The chicken stir fry was also awful; it was overly salted and was soggy, really low quality food. I’m shocked it was this disgusting given the popular reviews. I’ll never be back, and encourage you to avoid this place at all costs.
Also, a man was passed out in the dining room when we got there and it didn’t seem like the staff bothered much to help him? Really bizarre stuff, I won’t be back.

Wonderful wonderful wonderful!! From the welcoming atmosphere, to the service, to the delicious food. We were travelling from Canada and knew we had to come here before leaving. My aunt remembered this place from years ago when she last visited Detroit (8 years ago) and it did not disappoint last time or this time. The food was very flavourful, you can tell it was made with care and true passion. As soon as we walked in, we were welcomed like family by the employees and customers! They were personable and enjoyable individuals. Their menu has a wonderful variety so there will for sure be something on there for you! The portion sizes definitely give you a bang for your buck! I will forever rave about Royal BBQ Pizza! Thank you for having us and making our trip all the more special

Rib tips was a nice portion. Tips were smaller than I expected, but tender and good.
The rib was tender on the inside.. However, for me, the outside had those crispier hard edges and pieces, which i didn’t particular care for.
Greens and corn on the cob both were cooked perfectly.
