I used to eat at Roy’s almost every day for lunch over 25 years ago and was excited to go back. Food and service were great. Taste is exactly what I remember. Shrinkflation has definitely taken ahold though because now you get less than half the food for more than double the cost in a quarter of a century, but isn’t that everything these days? This Roy Roger’s is a nice and clean location with a friendly staff and great food.

I just purchased a 8 piece tenders meal which on the menu said the 8 or 12 pieces come with 2 large size, but now on this location they just stolen me my money because they refuse to gave me my two larges sizes argumentative that on there sistem can’t do it, so they argue on vey bad mood they don’t even can talk on respectfully way like I did, so I hopes the company can see this post because I did ask about something that the restaurant is offering on there menu I didn’t asked for anything free I just wants what I did pay for it.
The worst part is all the staffs and also the store manager came to me to discuss the situation with strong voice trying to intimidating me and not body try to fix anything not even the store manager she was pretending to charge me $3.00 extra for the second fries, so I left just with 8 chicken tenders and a small fries for $23.00
Note. I used to buy excly the same meal wherever I go for few years because my autistic son is the only tenders he eats, so I know what I did ordered, but anyway if any cases I’m wrong please be kind and explain why.
I hopes they can be more kind.

The wait was a bit longer than expected, and we were initially given the wrong order, so we had to go back inside to get it fixed. i never write reviews usually but the food was so bad ! i have a friend who has worked at 2-3 roy rogers in MD- not this location but i’ve been to a few and food is always good but this location was so bad! the roast beef tasted gross/ old- the bread was mushy and soggy with no sauce or toppings -the fries were cold as soon as we got them. the milkshakes were still great. i asked for a fixings cup from the fixings bar (all roys have them- it’s a cup of toppings for your sandwich) and she said “i don’t know what you’re talking about”- and acted like i was crazy! i looked in the reviews and saw a picture of the fixings bar so i know they have it! i don’t know why she didn’t give me a cup- the whole experience was just bazaar and bad. me and the person i went with thought the food was bad! i just thought ppl should know and hopefully it’ll get better

I only wish when and if i show up around 9pm i can still get the 3piece meal but the last few time i showed up earlier they still didnt hv the right chicken pieces for the meal i really enjoy the chicken but come on yall it used to be they would ask “do you mind waiting while we drop fresh chicken? Nope…. my how times hv changed. i opted for steak and cheese sandwich(which is mostly always good) but even that could hv been made better not even ejoyable barely any cheese on it smh hopefully the evening shift can get just as good as the morning shift 11/14/25
