This was our first time visiting Roxy’s Cafe. I knew we would be passing through Harrisburg and i researched a good place to stop for pancakes. When we walked in we were immediately greeted with a smile. My wife liked that they offer a simple one or two egg & toast with coffee option at a very good price. I ordered the pancakes and enjoyed them. They are very filling. Service was great. We had had nothing to complain about. We will definitely stop in again.

Had a nice walk to get here and then a great breakfast to start the day. Very happy we tried this place. It looks quite small and cozy up front; and I expected we were going to have to wait; but the hostess walked us through a couple rooms and provided a spacious table.

My husband brought me here for breakfast on my birthday and the food was very disappointing. The food was greasy, the home fries were burnt, tasted like cooked in old grease, and they were cold. There was a fly roaming around inside the restaurant that we had to fight off our plates while we ate. The place was pretty empty and that should’ve been a red flag for us but we gave it a try. You have to pay for parking since it’s in downtown Harrisburg. The only good thing was our server, she was nice. My husband and I are foodies and like to try new places to eat, this is a not a place we would go back to or recommend to anyone.

I got a turkey BLT wrap with avocado added. And we also got pancakes with eggs and bacon. The pancakes are very big, so keep that in mind. I got the iced black coffee with vanilla flavor added, and it was actually really good. Not too much seating inside, but great for brunch/lunch if you are in the Harrisburg area and want to eat near the capitol building.

We had breakfast at the Roxy’s Cafe today since in this town everything seems closed on Sunday but thankfully they were open and we are glad!!! So nice, kind and the price very reasonable. The food SO GOOD!!!! Thank you for being open for tourists like us haha! We arrived from NYC.

The portions here are huge, and the prices are very reasonable. It’s very much a family-style experience, with dishes that feel like home-cooked meals. Nothing fancy, just comforting and familiar flavors.
