This place is likely temporary within this food hall, as there is a high turnover. The shakes are great and tasty. The burgers taste pretty good, but they’re insanely expensive. Fries are pretty bland. My gripe is the service. The people you talk to seem like they’d rather be anywhere else. Both times I’ve come here I’ve had problems with the accuracy of my order. While spending $20+ on a shake burger and fries I’d expect them to be assembled correctly and not have to be reconstructed as soon as I get my food. The first order I didn’t receive the loaded smash fries I ordered and my whole meal had to be remade apparently. The second time I received my Chicken sandwich that was barely put together and received the incorrect fries again. Over all, won’t be eating here again even though the food tastes very good. The price isn’t worth the service you receive

For the price, the food was not great. I got the Oklahoma smash burger and the burger itself was pretty bland. You can tell by the taste and texture that they just use frozen patties that they smash down on the grill. The fries are suspiciously identical to Chick-fil-A down to the taste, texture, and flavor. I would be willing to bet that they get them from the same supplier. The place is nice but the food isn’t great. Definitely not worth the price.

Burgers are amazingly sized for the price. I hopefully plan to try out their whole menu soon.

This place has really good shakes. I did not enjoy my burger because of the bread it was dry and tasted old.

Very disappointed with my experience at Roxy’s Burger. The food was extremely overpriced for the quality, and honestly it just wasn’t good. What bothered me the most, though, was the lack of basic food safety.
I watched the cook preparing the smash burgers and he was handling everything with his bare hands the entire time—no gloves at all. At one point he grabbed a handful of onions with his bare hand and smashed them directly onto the raw beef on the grill. Watching someone handle food like that in plain view was really concerning and completely turned me off from eating there.
For the prices they charge, I expected much better quality and at the very least proper food handling practices. Management really needs to address this because it’s not a good look for customers watching their food being prepared.

Food quality average at best. Grilled cheese was atrocious. Chicken fingers were large but had no seasoning.
Customer service was very bad. Guy did not really care about the exponentially long wait for our food to come out. Wish Luckys was still here instead at the market.
