We happened to be there during the town’s “Mardi Gras” celebration. There happened to be a table for four empty when we walked in so we were blessed to have a place to sit. The place was hopping! Music and revelers all dressed up for Mardi Gras. I had the Cuban, but sadly I was not fond of it nor impressed. My wife and son both ordered the Steak and Fries. BINGO! That is what you should order! It was amazing and PLENTY! I had two drinks, the Hurricane and a Chuck Berry. Neither had enough alcohol to be considered a “drink”. The lady waiting on us was very nice.
All in all, I would have no problem going back but it wasn’t “wow” enough to make it onto my next vacation itinerary as “Have to go back!”.

Right on the Bagnell Dam strip, and during Jeep weekend, it was relatively busy, but finding parking wasn’t awful and the place wasn’t super busy. Our server was very sweet, but incredibly chatty. I hope she knew the customers behind us because otherwise, they know all about her van life and every characteristic of her cat. They seemed genuinely interested, so there’s that. I ordered the Hawaiian grilled chicken sandwich with a side of pasta salad. The chicken breast was a little dry, but the jalapeño jam was very, very good. It soaked into the bun which was wonderful. The pasta salad was WAY undercooked. To say it was close to al dente would be a lie. It was actually chewy. The flavor was there, but it definitely needed a longer soak in the hot water. Pricing was decent. My husband had the BBQ burger which he said was very juicy and cooked correctly. The fries were very good. If we come here again, I will definitely try a different entree and side.

On our motorcycle trip from Virginia to the Grand Canyon, we are trying to ask locals for dining recommendations. At a gas pump, we asked Eric. Eric works at Roxies, so we headed that way.
Roxies is in a beach town. In Missouri…Never heard of such a thing, but yea…Osage Beach. In the Ozarks. Osage Beach had just hosted a motorcycle rally the day before. The “strip” in this little town looked a tad beat up, like a good time was had by all.
We were not disappointed! Our waitress was super friendly and efficient. Our meal arrived within an acceptable time frame.
We had an order of deviled eggs that were probably the best to ever hit my lips. My Hawaiian Chicken Sandwich was bursting with several layers of deliciousness.
Bonus points for a pristine restroom, after a bike rally!
If you ever find your way to the beach in the Ozarks, have a bite at Roxies!

Staff: The staff greeted us when we came in. Took our order right away. Food came out fast 9 people with full meals orders with side. Shrimp scampi appetizer below.
Appetizers we a little pricey for their size.
Building: was clean and spacious. We were able to combine 3 tables on a Sunday around 5 for all of us.
Star rating: 4 stars because the appetizers were a little price, and they ran out of cottage cheese as a side. The staff did mix up our bills and food order, charging others for drinks and food. Was rectified eventually.

Don’t recommend ordering any mix drinks. You can taste how heavy they are watered down. Food is ok. Could be better for price. Excellent outdoor seating area
