I went to this chipotle yesterday 9/25 because I had a taste for some chipotle. Everything looked like it was from the day before but, I gave them a chance. There was no fresh meat only scraps in the tin containers. I took my meal home and today 9/26 I’ve been sick as a dog. I’ve been vomiting, nauseated, chills and with the runs. It’s my fault because normally when the presentation isn’t up to par I wouldn’t even purchase!!! I know something was spoil because I’m sick today 9/26/2025. Yes I want a refund and my doctor bill reimbursed

Twice we ordered from this location and both times our order is wrong/missing/severely lacking. Tonight it was missing brisket in a burrito and a bowl and my toddler’s apple juice. Both entrees cost $17 each. We got a credit for free entrees via the app but still absolutely ridiculous. My chicken in another bowl only came out to 1.6oz! BRUH.

I have been going to this location since it opened. First week or two, it was really good. After that, I have not been impressed. It often doesn’t appear the tables get wiped down, I have had several orders where things are missing/wrong or they go light on everything but the rice (which has been overcooked multiple times). The employees haven’t been rude or anything, but you certainly don’t get a welcoming spirit from them either.
At this point I think I would rather drive another 15 minutes to another location than to visit this specific one.

Extremely disappointed. The portions have become very small for the price, the tables were dirty, and the trash bins were overflowing. It’s sad to see how much this place has gone downhill — I’ve been coming here since they opened, but the service and quality just aren’t what they used to be. With so many new restaurants opening in the area, I’ll be trying other options instead.

They seriously don’t have any lines or lime juice of any kind but want to display a banner above the serving counter with a burrito & a slice of a bright green lime. I was a little disappointed to be honest. False advertising at it’s finest but all in all the food was good, the place was clean & the service was decent.
