We purchased 2 32 oz smoothies last night & when I got home I opened the lid to pour some of mine into a glass to share with my daughter & there was a hair in it! I was disgusted!!! I called the store, asked to speak with the manager & was told by the team lead “I am so sorry! At least you didn’t swallow it!” She also said she didn’t know if or when her manager would call me back. It seriously makes me wonder what their procedures are behind the counter. Was the hair in the cup before they made the smoothie or did it get in the smoothie after? Either way gross & such a disappointment! She essentially blamed it on her coworker with black hair & said they would be vigilant to make sure this never happens again. Not sure if we will be frequenting this shop anymore, which is sad because Roxberry Smoothies are few & far between up North. ✨

I had a really sad night! I got home with my bowl and four smoothies, but then the bottom of one of the cups fell out. I didn’t ask for a carrier, nor was I offered one, but I didn’t think it would be a big deal. While I was trying to salvage what I could of the smoothie, my bowl broke. My child was upset, and honestly, I was just as sad. I thought, “What’s the worst they can say? No…” so I called, and sure enough, they said no. I get that businesses probably deal with people trying to pull fast ones, but I wasn’t even asking for a replacement bowl—just for my child’s smoothie. The cups are so fragile, and this isn’t the first time it’s happened. Lesson learned: always ask for a carrier! We used to come here often but with the price I feel like the cups could be better.

I have ordered the Açai bowl here several time and I loved it. This last time I went, I was given a very narrow deep bowl with not much fruit it did still taste good but the reason I order the 24oz bowl is cause the top with the fruit and granola I did attach the pic of this 24 ounce bowl. I hope they were just out of bowls and not just doing to save money or something cause the bowl was $14.61 I just feel displeased.

Great healthy smoothies. Can customize your way. Lot’s of awesome healthy fruit bowls and treats. Hard to find places around here with healthy stuff. Staff is always super friendly. Never waiting long for my items. Better than Jamba. Those kids are always grumpy there.

I put an order on door dash for Jamba … They cancelled my entire order cause they couldn’t make everything, vs refunding me and completing what they could of the order, like we discussed on the phone. When I was told they cancelled it, I basically cried…. I’ve been up all night, sick af from some Wendy’s chili (DON’T EVER EAT THE CHILI, EVEN IF THEY MESS YOUR ORDER UP AND IT’S LATE AT NIGHT AND YOU HUNGRY AF, DO NOT EAT IT!!!) After being sick all night, and only able to hold down a little water, I decided I needed to get some nutrients in me. Jamba is usually my go to, a smoothy and a juice shot are great when you feel like this.
I was beyond grateful when I saw Roxberry was an option. The reviews are great, the prices are great, and the selection they offer is unparallel. They legit had a couple specific options for my current sick situation. It got here, it’s so good, tastes so fresh, I am truly grateful! You guys had no idea when you were preparing my order that this was literally going to save my life tonight and hopefully have me feeling better for work tomorrow! Thank you guys so much, thank you for being open this late, thank you thank you thank you! You have a new customer for life!!!!

Rude staff, gimmick of a loyalty program, and they always “forget” to add in the free mixer and yet ask for a 20% tip. Thankfully now there’s a Tropical Smoothie Cafe just down the street, way better smoothies and none of the bs.
