I’ve been getting texts offering $5 smoothies. Decided to grab one today. We sat in line at the drive thru for 35 minutes. I appreciate the deal, but meet the needs if you’re going to offer it. I don’t know if they only had one person working or what the wait was. When we finally got to the window, I gave her my #, she didn’t actually put it in and the smoothies she handed me were melted cups of liquid. Just a frustrating experience. Will not be back to this location.

Came to get some smoothies. I ordered two of the same smoothies and waited in line for over 20 minutes. I thought it was maybe the person in front of me that had ordered a lot of drinks but after she got her drinks it still took 10 minutes for me to get my smoothies. The girl was really nice but the long wait was absolutely not worth $20 in smoothies. This is not the first time that this drive-thru has taken me in excessive amount of time… And I understand making things from scratch but it shouldn’t take that long to make smoothies. Even though this is a convenient location I don’t think it’s worth my time to go back. Normally the smoothies are nice in flavor… But we ordered the original green smoothie and even my 3-year-old commented that it tasted like nothing.. Unfortunately this was not our best experience. 🙁

Smoothie (Iron Strong 16oz) was good, but not well blended? I have never had this problem, but have only had Roxberry a handful of times. In my review picture you see all of the pieces that were coming up into the straw. Normally, I run into one or two no big deal. But this smoothie was every sip I only documented after getting halfway through the smoothie and realizing how much was still solid and coming up. I would call it lazy adding. Looks like lime rind and things like that (seen in the rim of the lid).

I have recently tried Roxberry bowls. I originally thought they only sold smoothies. I’m so happy I branched out and tried the bowls. This go round I tried the lime-tastic acai bowl (without the honey drizzle for my preference). This was so tasty. I loved the lime flavor with it. It was very tasty. Such a fresh clean flavor. Perfect for any meal of the day even in winter. Can’t wait to try more flavors.

I went in with a $5 coupon for smoothies literally the only reason I came in and I asked to apply the coupon and they denied. I read the coupon as 24oz smoothies but I asked them to change it to 16oz and they said no. So I spent close to $20 for 2 smoothies. Ridiculous and the guy at the window wasn’t very nice. Order a peanut butter crunch bowl without bananas, large size. They give a peanut butter crunch bowl small size instead to which I had them remake and they include bananas in it.
The problem is, I’m allergic to bananas! If you’re gonna have teenagers run the store, you probably should make sure that they’re competent enough to actually listen. Follow directions and actually execute what the customer wants.

I’ve been going through the drive through since corona has been going on. They are so quick and it makes my smoothie run so easy.
