Finally gave this truck a chance again. I had sisig/rice and ube horchata. The ube horchata was something new for me since all the ube drinks I’ve drank was with milk tea similar place. Sisig/rice had lumpia that was soggy or i took to long to eat it because I had so many errands and then 30 minutes to get home. Sisig/rice filled me up but it was overcrowded flowing with green sauce. The green sauce taste like ranchero lime that covered the sisig flavor. I should of took her advice and ordered the ube chai seed pudding that drawn me in at the truck on first place. but I had to be filipino and got a rice plate. They say rice is life but that was a lie .

I like Filipino food and I like supporting Filipino business. I like crispy sisig. I ordered, waited 15 minutes, and when it came out the sisig was chewy. I asked if I could get it crispy. My man in the truck was very polite and professional. I waited another 15 minutes and it came back chewy again. I threw it out. For $20, it was not a good experience for me. But maybe people like their sisig chewy. Lumpia was good. Calamansi juice was good.
