We got food here before and the food was great today we had DoorDash delivered and the food wasn’t so great. Husband got the Philly omelette and the steak was just put in the omelette not chopped up and very greasy. The veggies in the omelette were hard and not cooked. Hash browns had burnt onions on top and didn’t taste as good as last time. I got the egg, pancake and sausage meal and the pancakes weren’t cooked very good this time a little on the harder side and the sausage was very greasy. We got a side order of home fries and they were again not as great as they were last time flavorless some harder than others. The only thing good was the scrapple and toast. Prolly won’t be coming back here after this. Was hoping we found a gem but the way the food came out to us today wasn’t very good.

Great food! And great price! Bringing back the hometown mom and pop restaurant atmosphere that has been missing from Dover for 20 years or more. Hands down cheapest and best breakfast you will get 10 miles in either direction. The daily specials are just like Mom used to make. The smoked food they have added, takes it over the top! The wait staff is very friendly, when you come in you’re a customer and by the time you leave your family. Stop by and support a soon to be local staple of a family restaurant.

This is a nice little restaurant. The waitress is so friendly and attentive. There were so many food choices it was hard to choose just one thing but when you do you will not regret it. The food is delicious with filling portions.

I am from out of town. My wife and my mother-in-law are from here and we decided to go for Chip Beef over potatoes. I had the 2 eggs with Corned Beef Hash and was told to try a side of Scrapple and enjoyed it very much.
It is an old restaurant where the locals come and enjoy a good home cooked meal.
I highly recommend it!!!
