Where do I even start? They had a karaoke night, the sound system sucks, the mic sucks. We ordered food and it took a while just to order. After we ordered our food, it took more than an hour to get our food, and when we got our food, my steak was luke warm like it has been sitting for a while after it got cooked. Half of the steak had no flavor, and the half of it is salty as hell. It included one and a half onion rings, the toast is more burnt than anakin skywalker. My friend ordered wings, and it was raw in the inside. All these for food that we waited for more than an hour. I usually dont do reviews unless the place did an excellent job or they did really bad, but this is beyond bad, like I need to send a warning to people. I rented the upstairs bar and stage venue at the Roundup for a two-night show and party. Our event included an hors d’oeuvres buffet with items not regularly offered on their menu. Gene, the owner, was professional, easy to work with, and clearly listened to my requests and desires. He and his staff offered excellent customer service and hospitality. They helped us while we were rehearsing and setting up for the event. Every request was addressed and handled. The hors d’oeuvres were high quality items and displayed beautifully. They even changed up the display each night for a little variety. The overall cost was completely reasonable for the quality of service and support we received. I will definitely do business with Gene again and hope to have many more events at this venue.

Man, what telling atmosphere not only downstairs at the bar.And in the seating area with a wide open floor but in the pool table room upsairs. What makes the telling atmosphere is the connection with Western feel?

Where to start….waitress was new and couldn’t answer questions on type of cheese they had, special sauce (didn’t know what it was), unfamiliar with the menu. We ordered fajitas that were on the menu. Then the cook said he can’t make the fajitas on the menu cause they don’t have a way to make them and he’s never made them. Four types of fries but they only had curly, out of the rest. Offered a 5” sandwich but then the cook said we don’t like to do sandwiches that size. Needless to say, we decided to go elsewhere. The waitress was nice enough to offer another suggestion on where to eat! $7.35 for a bottle of beer seems high..we paid and left. No food was ordered.

The atmosphere is lacking but the food is great!. Western chicken w/ the ‘gold sauce’ is a favorite. The beer battered fries are yummmmyyyy. Nice place to go get a low key lunch/dinner. Had a few off visits in the past but within the past year customer service has been so much better and the cook is always on point. Although this is a steakhouse, I have not ever had a steak.

Excellent service. The food was fresh and the atmosphere is very comfortable. Prices are reasonable. They have pool tables upstairs Try the cheesecake, you won’t regret it.

The southwest egg rolls were not crunchy, should have known from there it wasn’t gonna get better. My son got the 3 piece chicken dinner, he generally eats well. It was so dry he didn’t even finish a 1/2 piece. It looked like it had been cooked then refrigerated or frozen and put back in the fryer to warm. My husband got the dip big portion but dry and not appealing. My daughter got the burger she seemed fine with it but she’s 6. I got a chef salad how can you mess that up right? Well it was far from advertised/described. The romaine was fresh and crisp the chicken was dry. It was cubes of ham and pieces of bacon, hardly any tomato, only shredded cheese, large pieces of raw onion no egg, no garlic bread the ranch was watered down and runny. All this for $109 but because we didn’t pay cash it went to $114 when they ran my card! Please don’t waste your time or money.

Rachel was my server, and she was just the most polite and attentive person! The food was delicious and plentiful! Will definitely add Roundup Steakhouse to my list of favorites! “Best steak in town!”
