We went out as a family. The pizza was delicious and the service was great. The down side was that the pop machine was dirty and there was barely any silverware and 2 plates. You could tell they didn’t take too much care on the dinning area.

My favorite Pizza around! We order for our employees all the time a for personal delivery as well. And never have had a disappointment till this evening. We placed our order at 6:09. The special 1 large meat lovers with 2 sides. We requested two ranch and 2 maranara sauces for our mozzarella sticks and wings. $45 and and hour in half later Delivery drive came with zero maranara sauce. Just disappointing. The drive said he’d bring us some and when I called to store to let them know there was no resolution. I would be happy to tip the driver extra.

I made an order on door dash last night *12/31/25* only because I was experiencing a massive migraine and didnt want to talk. The online system on the app never works and their website online ordering also never works. So now you have to call to place orders. I get on door dash to place the order for my fiance to pickup. After a few minutes, Round Table confirms my order on door dash. About 15 minutes later, my fiance gets there to find their parking lot dark and looking closed. Since the order is under my name, I call to double check if they are closed since normally door dash shuts off their ordering an hour/hour ish before the place closes. Sure enough theyve closed about 20 minutes ago. Which was after they confirmed my order on door dash. I keep the first person on the phone because I want to make sure that im able to get my money back on door dash prior to hanging up. But I find out that because Round Table confirmed my order and were “preparing” my order I wouldn’t be refunded through door dash. So I asked to go ahead and speak to the manager. The first girl i spoke to was kind and understanding. She places me on hold and in the background I hear the manager yelling at staff members and when she gets on the phone is immediately rude to me. She first tells me that I have to call round tables center to have it taken care of because she assumed I placed the order on their inbound calling center. I told her I didnt place it there and that it was placed on door dash. This is where she gets even more frustrated and tells me “well, im sorry you placed the order after we closed,” in an extremely condescending tone and then proceeded to try and make it right by saying sorry a few times, but putting the blame on me or others. At this point in the conversation I almost cut her off because I have never had anyone treat me like shit over an order. The problem here is that the order WAS confirmed by RT staff. I need reassurance that if DD isnt going to cover an 88$ refund, that i am least going to be able to get some type of store credit. I start to state that I was sorry that I made the order just before they closed. It was still open and available to order from on door dash. Instead of allowing me to finish, she says, again in the same rude manner as shes been the whole time, she cuts me off to say “thank you” and immediately proceeds to hang up on me. This is the most unprofessional manager I have ever met. Door dash thankfully was able to call and see that they were closed and they were able to issue a refund. Staff member at door dash mentioned Round Table forgot to change their hours on the app which is why the order was allowed to process through. I feel like the frustration from the manager was likely due to someone’s error for not only forgetting to change the hours on the app, but confirming my order instead of declining it. I have never and will never place an order 10 minutes before a food place is closing. Ive worked in the food industry. I know how that is. But the way she treated her employee in the background was toxic and unprofessional and the way she treated me was just as horrible. Ive never had an issue here. And let me make myself extremely clear, no complaints on the original employee I was speaking to. She wanted to help and was being kind. I would have appreciated to be heard, and allowed to speak, so that we could have figured it out. Thank God Door Dash was able to solve the issue.

Update: 2 years, and this is still our go-to for a great lunch. It’s rare that we don’t go at least once a week. Week days or weekends, the staff are terrific, and the food is yummy. We bring our out of town visitors here as well.
We love the Geo Way Round Table! Great food and wonderful staff. The lunch specials are a great deal, and the salad bar is delicious. Fresh and lots of choices. We eat here weekly. It’s our go-to spot for eating out.

We love coming here every week for trivia! The pizza is always hot and delicious, the salad bar is fresh and well stocked, and the staff is super friendly and kind. Julia in particular is an absolute gem. She’s so patient and helpful, and always treats everyone with respect. She puts a smile on my face whenever I come in. She remembers little things going on in my life and makes me feel so special as a regular.
You can absolutely tell that everyone who works at this location loves being there, and it shows. Keep doing what you’re doing, and thank you for hosting us Pizza Rats! ❤️

Came here with the family on a Wednesday Afternoon and hands down this is the best service I have ever seen in a restaurant. All the employees were so nice and helpful. They even offered us some ideas of what to do during the day. The lady who was overseeing our table was especially friendly and helpful. The pizza was pretty good and the salad bar was well stocked! If I could rate it any higher I would. Best restaurant experience I’ve ever had. The employees treated us like family instead of just another set of customers. 6/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
