Haven’t been to Round Table Pizza in years and as much as I love their Pizza, they also have incredible Sandwiches!! The Chicken Club Sandwich is definitely a delicious favorite for me. Their Garlic Twists are ranked Top 3 for me when it comes to Pizza Restaurants here locally. Was also pleasantly surprised how great their French Fries were! I highly recommend eating here!

Ordered online and it said 15-20 mins. 48 mins later it wasn’t done. If it’s going to be 45 minutes just show that upfront instead of having to wait nearly an hour at the store for the pizza. It’s “fine” if it takes 1 hour for an pizza but don’t tell me on the app that it’s 15 minute wait only.

TOO LOUD!!! We had to ask the waitress to turn down the music volume; there were 2 or 3 different kinds of music all BLARING from different sources at the same time! It was very uncomfortable and disturbing, and even after we asked it was still too loud and distracting. They also messed up our order, was supposed to get an entire veggie pizza with half pepperoni; received instead a half pepperoni, half veggie. The pizza was good, but we won’t be eating in there again (maybe takeout).

The cheese stuffed crust pepperoni pizza was delicious! Cooked perfectly! Wonderful table service through the whole visit! Great restrooms, which is super important!!! Basketball and Skeet Ball arcade games, crane and kid games, also. We had a wonderful time at this location! Salad bar was super good, too! We will definitely be back! Thanks!

We ordered two pizzas at 4:33pm for delivery. 6:20- still no pizzas. Call them “Sorry, we don’t have any drivers.”
Wait what? “Do you still want the order?” Yes we want the order, we paid for it! “You will have to come pick it up and we will waive the delivery fee.”
Why did you not call us? “Sorry, I must have missed your number.”
Tell them we are coming to pick it up…. “Well it will be 25 minutes”
Wait, no, get our order now, we have been waiting almost two hours.
I go to pick up the pizzas. The cook comes around the corner with big attitude about only having one person for the last three hours. I said they knew that when they took out order.
Now I am very upset and raising my voice Shane the manager comes over puffing out his chest and tells me to get out! I accuse him of stealing from us, taking our payment, not delivering out pizzas and not giving us a refund. I call PD. Once I called PD he issues the refund and tells me get out. I told him I will be here until PD arrives.
Literally THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

My family ordered a pizza just after nine o’clock pm for delivery on a Saturday… only 1.5 miles away from the restaurant… we submitted our credit card information to pay in full… they processed the order, and just after one hour had passed, the restaurant contacted us back to tell us that they did not have a delivery driver and after we waited almost one full hour for our dinner to arrive… to tell us that it was not available… & that they had no delivery driver to bring us our pizza. They would not be delivering our pizza, and they would cancel the order and void out our payment. Now it is to late to order anywhere else… and our family is left wanting & hungry. If they had no delivery driver available, they should have just told us at the time that we placed the order an hour previous!! Super inconvenienced… & unfortunate. Completely wasted our time.

Absolutely wonderful. This was my first time ordering here and everyone who helped me was very accommodating, efficient, friendly, and respectful. I got two pizzas, 12 Parmesan Twists, and 6 20oz drinks all from the special deal going on right now! I also signed up for their rewards so I got 6 additional free Parmesan Twists which they got to me in about 5 minutes so as I waited I saw all the employees of the month that they displayed which was fun to see. That’s 18 Parmesan Twists in total which was amazing. My order taker, Dakoda, was quick and understanding to my concerns with the 6 free twists since I didn’t see it when I placed it in my online order even though it let me add it as a rewards promo when checking out. My family usually gets Little Caesar’s so this was a nice change for pizza variety since I also got to customize it. The total was $86.80 cuz they had a cool discount coupon that took about $9 off. Thank you!!!

There’s never anyone staffed here. The staff on hand are working their butts off, but there aren’t enough of them. Every employee is trying to be in 3 places at once. If there were more people working, I’d be here more frequently and be able to order more each visit. Please address your staffing issue.
