Trust the Bad Reviews! NYE Dining Disaster!
I made the mistake of only looking at the menu for their Special NYE $70/person buffet. While we did chose to eat toward the end of the evening to enjoy the resort celebration activities, it was short lived when they basically ran out of their advertised menu items like Tomahawk Steak and Chicken and Beef Selection at the Asian station. Additionally the crowd of people mixed with the servers trying to push through carts of dirty plates next to food station was disturbing, especially when they just left carts unattended. The food stations were not clean never mind “refreshed” with new food. Most of the food was dried out from sitting, even the bread was hard. The only vegetable was the “bang bang cauliflower” – no other vegetables besides salad bar”. Too many people touching the serving utensils, making them gross to touch and many dessert trays had none, leaving people to assume you grabbed with your hands, yuck! (Our server tried her best at least getting me ranch dressing for the salad as they only had 3 limited dressings available and got us the check out fairly quickly realizing our disappointment) We sat down at 9:20pm and were cashed out at 10:04pm. They added an 18% tip and then taxed us on top of the food and 18% tip. If you think Orlando is chaos, Hemispheres brings crazy town to a whole other level in the worst way, $179 for two measly sliced of Tomahawk steak. The green grapes were the only food that looked clean and were delicious! The icing on the cake was when we called ahead, they said they had valet for $20 verses $12 self park but when we pulled up they said their lot was full and only overnight guests could valet… and it was pouring! Should have taken it as a sign!

Breakfast buffet is good, many options and most everything is good. Very expensive for a family of 5 especially considering kids under twelve are $16 adults $26. They do automatically add 18% tip, which is a little strange, but the coffee shop in the resort dos the same thing. Must just be what they do. Other than that I would recommend for breakfast, haven’t tried dinner.

Rating a 4 because I believe the cost of this establishment should be told up front. Me and my 10 year old went as we were staying in the hotel and wanted the breakfast buffet so after eating we got our bill and paid over $56 and a tip of over $8 was included without asking us first. (I don’t mind tipping that is not the point.) The food was excellent and the amount of things to chose from was outstanding. Just the price bothered me. It shouldn’t cost more than Outback Steak House to eat breakfast with a child.

I’ve been to Hemisphere at Camelback three times now, and Kelly is truly the reason we keep coming back. From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel genuinely welcomed and remembered. Kelly takes the time to get to know us, which makes every visit feel personal and special, not just like another stop. Her kindness, attention to detail, and warm energy turned a great place into a truly memorable experience. It’s rare to come across someone who makes such a lasting impression, and Kelly does that every single time. We honestly look forward to returning because of her. Thank you, Kelly, for being so wonderful at what you do!!! it truly means more than you know.❤️❤️❤️❤️

Great Breakfast Buffet! Plenty of tables for seating. No reservations are needed. First come first serve. The food was great. The atmosphere was great. The service was RUSHED! I do not like to be rushed especially in the morning. They do add an 18%gratuity to your bill and you’re welcome to adjust. I did not give more than billed due to being rushed. My server was friendly but almost made us feel as if we had to swallow our food and go.
BAD FOR BUSINESS CAMELBACK!
Besides the service, I will definitely be back.

DO NOT PAY CASH FOR YOUR MEAL HERE! When the waitress dropped the check I paid cash for the meal. When I was checking out of the hotel I asked for a copy of my room charges. The breakfast was also charged to my room. I spoke with the hotel manager ASAP, he gave me a another email to contact. No has responded and the meal was charged to my credit card when the manager promised it would not be till the issues was resolved.

A low quality buffet trying to seem like a four star restaurant and failing. The selection of food was abysmally limited for a buffet and the quality was well below that of even the most discount buffets around.
Good luck figuring out what you are putting on your plate because somehow even at $40 per head they can’t afford labels. Neither are they fast replenishing food that is depleted, at least for the “higher” end stuff like the strip steak.
The serving staff were very friendly but drink refills were painfully slow and had to be initiated by the customer. Their wait staff are overly aggressive collecting plates as if they didn’t have enough to go around.
The atmosphere is non-existent. No music, no televisions, hardly any staff about. It was like eating in solitary confinement.
The prices were absolutely atrocious. They were charging $40 per person for what was essentially a $20 meal. To top it off, gratuity is automatically added without any notification and not presented until you pay your check. That’s just too shady a business practice for me to not call them out for it.
Hemispheres is to be avoided if possible. They seem to think they are the only game around but I assure you, they aren’t. There are plenty of other places with better quality food, better service and better prices all within a 20 minute or less drive.

We had Crystal as a server and Henry as a busser for breakfast 2 days in a row (2nd day was per our request) and they were both excellent and very attentive. We have a child with a sever peanut allergy and Crystal went above and beyond to check that everything was safe for her to eat.

We were very happy with our breakfast at Hemispheres. The buffet had everything we could imagine and the service was really great. Our waitress, Crystal, was so attentive and kind to my sister in law and I. She went above and beyond to make our experience an enjoyable one. We liked her so much that we asked to sit in her section on the second day of our trip! When she saw we were coming in to be seated, she even had my coffee ready for me just how I like it! She really made our experience truly amazing and special.

We booked the room and breakfast at Hemispheres and it was a great deal. Food is great with an amazing mountain view from the window. Service is good. I understand some of the other reviews here and our review will probably be different if we had to pay for the breakfast separately.
