Worst customer service. Felt compelled to leave the review – I had accidentally ordered to the wrong location (there are two round tables on sunrise). The first person I spoke to on the phone Alex, was rude and very short with me on the phone about their store policy. I called back and asked – do I really need to drive 30 minutes to pickup this food? It can’t be cancelled? And got some mixed information about when they are allowed to refund or not. Gary was also rude, tried to actually talk back to me with a condocending tone… to a customer?! … no wonder it was empty inside with 3 employees standing around talking about me when I walked in. I’ll never give them business again. Byeeeeee

I had a horrible customer service experience when I came in with a strong desire for some good ‘ol pizza with lots of pepperoni. I love pepperoni. I wanted extra, I wanted pepperoni with every bite and I conveyed this to Elizabeth who took my order and seemed willing enough. However, I was extremely disappointed to received a very underwhelming amount of pepperoni on my pizza. It didn’t look like anything other than a regular pepperoni. When I inquired about this to the staff, I was told they measure out the ingredients and the pepperoni.
I was flabbergasted. The customer service is ridiculous. They measure out pepperoni? They could have charged more for extra, then. They could have served me. I think there was a disconnect from Elizabeth, who seemed willing and understood my order, even writing pepperoni three times on my order, and the staff in the back actually making the pizza. Overall, the customer service sucks. I got myself a refund. They wanted to save money but they ended up wasting it. Just give me the pepperoni!

I recently moved to Gold River and decided to try out the Round Table Pizza branch here. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back. I ordered a large Double Play pepperoni pizza, but what I received was a thin crust with sparse pepperoni—it felt more like a regular thin crust pepperoni pizza. To top it off, I requested one or two ranch dressings and was surprised to find an additional $2 charge for them. I hope to find another branch with higher quality standards nearby.

I love Round Table and over the years it’s a hit or miss. This location has made some changes this last year and I could not be happier. Some of those changes are the new staff. They are wonders full! Everyone is super friendly, virtuous, and professional. The best part is they get my crazy customized order right every single time! I know this should be expected but over the years, some Round Table location la get it right every now and then and some just never do. I order a Maui Zaui but instead of ham, I ask for pepperoni. And sometimes, I do a half and half. The past few months, no matter what curve ball I send over to them, they get it right! The friendliness and professionalism alone is worth the trip.

Well it doesn’t all reflect on RT, It’s how I ended up there, because the Google maps search was for straw hat if I remember correctly. It seems there were a couple parlors but not where I thought I was going. I’m over sixty and navagation errors are probably mainly my fault. It seems like a lot of times navagation keeps giving me directions without an easy way to tell, if we’re still on the same page, so to say. But that aside five stars would have been awarded to RT as I do love their product, but wrong easy to get me there as was trying to impress my girlfriend, it was hot out, I couldn’t believe for all the time effort and money spent on unreliable data. The whole incident got me back on my meds
