Pretty much the FILTHIEST place I have ever stepped into. I asked for a clean plate because the one I was given had grease on it, well I watched a man check more than 10 plates that were dirty before I gave up and sat down. GROSS. Every table was covered in dirty dishes. The cashier who took out order was saying she couldn’t understand my order because she was sick and had to have someone else come take my order who had the worst attitude. It was clear that you hated your job.

They have very good Pizzas. The taste is good and they also have a little arcade section which of course is closed during covid but it is a cute spot.

I haven’t had good experiences with this location in the past few years but decided to give it another shot last week. Employees were nowhere to be found for a little while until I hollered out. We placed our dine in order and waited almost 40 minutes for a half baked pizza. This seems to be the pattern and I will not be returning. I don’t have this problem at the Missouri Flat location. So for the third time in a row it’s as if they took my order and forgot to place it in the oven until later.

Went in tonight to order pizza . There were 2 other customers in there one at bar one at table. After 10 minutes nobody had bothered to say ANYTHING to us. The bar had something spilled all over it that was causing the copper to discolor and one employee stood RIGHT in front of it doing god knows what but never cleaned it up and there’s trash ALL over the outside by dumpster that’s obviously been there for DAYS . I didn’t feel it was safe to eat there even if anybody HAD bothered to take our order

We’re done with this round table. 75% of the time our order is wrong. It is unbelievable to me. I worked at round table for three years when I was a teenager and we did not screw up like this. It’s not a difficult job if you’re efficient and pay attention. Just picked up another incorrect order. Pizza factory has it down. I think we’ve had one issues there in 4 years. Not sure what this round table needs but we give up.

I love RT. It’s always great, & I’ve always had good service. I used to live close by & was able to have delivery. Which was always on time. I now live about 20 minutes outside of Placerville. With some pizza places lots closer. However, my family and I ONLY get RT. The only thing I have ever been disappointed with, is a few months back, I was walking by on my way to an appointment & I stopped in for a medium soda. They wanted $3.50, so I declined. This is a busy restaurant, & a lot of tourists stop here. Lots of team parties, too. I’ve worked in places this busy before, & the main deal is to get the food out, & have it be delicious. And they never disappoint.

Horrible service, but once we got our pie (pizza) we were happy.
It just took forever to order even though we were the only ones ordering in person. Only one register open and the girl on the phone taking an order spent 20 mins trying to get the person to decide what they wanted.
At that point either a second register should have been opened (because there Was a second girl trying to help us but with”the one register” tired up she was helpless. Or…. they should have told the lesson on the phone to hold a minute while they decided what they wanted and taken our order (which seriously took 2 mins at most.
Anyway…. Good Pizza !
