My parents order from this location, and this location only. During the winter weather lately I ordered and picked up their food. When I gave the number for rewards, the employee immediately knew who the pizza was for. I explained why I was there instead, and he asked how they were doing and told me about how they enjoy seeing my parents. He helped me decipher my mom’s cryptic text message order and made sure everything was correct. This may not help you decide if the food is worth your time, but at least some of the people working at this site cares for their customers and the community they serve. Thank you to those employees.

Pizza Huts big New Yorker was a big disappointment. The Miami St location needs serious help. Never will I order from there or any Pizza Hut again. The time before this one was not good, but I wanted to give them a second chance since I wanted to try the big New Yorker. Never have I been so disappointed in the taste, appearance, and quality of a pizza! The staff was standing around talking for several minutes before approaching the counter to help me, as well. New mgmnt is needed at Miami St.

Never again am I ordering from Miami st. I’ve given multiple chances to do things correctly, but they are extremely cheap with things. Barely any sauce, (apparently it’s just for color), and every time I get pizza from there, because there is hardly any sauce, when it cooks, it completely dries out and the whole bottom of the pizza essentially turns into and tastes like cardboard… NEVER again am I ordering from that store…

Worst pizza from a pizza hut ive ever had…
UPDATE….figured id give it one more shot since ive been coming here for a while. The next pizza was even worse than the previous…both of these are hand tossed pizza. The one today is absolute paper thin and zero sauce at all…Honestly the cheapest frozen pizza on the planet wouldnt be as horribly put together. This place obviously needs new management in a hurry. Second pic is todays version of a hand tossed pizza…pathetic i paid 30 for two croutons with with cheese.
