Never had a bad experience here. Best of all the fast pizza sources. Always hot and excellent. Friendly & Professional staff. Love the Twists and the Pizza is always great. Parking is a little difficult at this location but not a deal breaker.

18March2023 Order # 5012. Not a happy camper. No spinach on the pizza. The pizza not cooked ‘done’. When delivered the pizza was a smushed with topping everywhere, and the pizza was cold. The personal pizza was fine, so I gave a 2star. First time ordering for Years. Gave RT a try and this was the result. 3rd time I’ve ordered pizza over the last 2 months and disappointed all 3 times. Last time received wrong order upon delivery. Time before I was charged for sauces that should come with the twists already and the pizza was super doughy. When I asked for plates manager (or owner) said they didnt have them and then another worker offered them to me. This time i showed up almost 10 minutes earlier than the time quoted and my pizza was already sitting in the warmer….got home and it was cold. Sucks! I used to really like this place.

Seriously, I will never visit again. 1 1/2 hour wait for 1 large pizza, wings and garlic twist. Didn’t even get the correct wings. There was another person waiting longer than I was and another who asked for a refund because she too was waiting for a long time. Delivery pizzas were flying out the door, so I guess next time have your pizza delivered to get it on time. They were definitely not short staffed either, so I didn’t understand all the confusion. There were many upset customers waiting for their food that they ordered for pick up.

Dont waste your time ordering pizza delivery from here, Ive tried multiple times, sadly it’s always the sane result. Marlene the evening manager there, is extremely rude and unhelpful. Typical delay time anywhere from 30-45 min . I wish we could get a better one in Tracy we all deserve it.

Absolutely terrible ordered a pizza at 7 was told 30 or 40 mins on delivery now it’s 9 and keep in mind the pizza place is ten min away so I called back again to ask where it was and i got told its on its way delivery driver has it and its ten minutes away now it’s another hour and just got the same answer it’s ten mins away the delivery driver has it and it will be ten more minutes this is the worst 50 dollars I have ever spent I will be disputing these charges
