It was late and we were on San Pablo Avenue close to Gilman.
We were quite hungry so we ordered a King Arthur Supreme.
It came out nice and hot and tasty as I’ve not had a Round Table pizza for a number of years due to a rowdy encounter at another Round Table restaurant in the area.
To be fair you don’t mix apples with oranges.
The owner and the staff provided excellent customer service.
Having a bad experience at one Round Table should not influence my decision to patronize another.
When I get an urge for another King Arthur Supreme I know where to head to fulfill the need.

The last Honest Pizza – for sure!
Over the years we had great pizza places around here, and they all went by the wayside – Nino’s for example, Giovano’s for another, and later on Lanesplitter, etc…. now all new pizza places try to entice the yuppies with exotic mushrooms or cheeses you’ve never heard of and most have a limited menu each day. If you want a solid pizza, do yourself a favor and go to the Albany Roundtable. We’ve ordered from them at least monthly for the last year (1/2 & 1/2 Sir Arthur and Maui Zauy), they always deliver on time, and the quality never fluctuates – it’s always a solid pizza. I’ve never been a fan of corporate franchise restaurants, but compared to them all other pizzas in our area right now suck. Albany Roundtable rocks! And they’re nice people too.

I could easily go to the Round Table around the corner from my house in Oakland, but I always make the trip to Albany instead. Why? Because Mandeep and his team make this place exceptional! The pizza is consistently fresh, loaded with toppings, and cooked to perfection. Mandeep’s customer service is second to none—he genuinely cares about his customers and makes every visit feel special. This location sets the standard for what a great pizza experience should be. Highly recommended!

This was not the Round Table I remember. The delivery experience was awful—I had to send my son downstairs to grab the pizza because the driver drove around in circles, then calls me and say he could not find parking . As for the food, it was just as disappointing. The cheese tasted generic, the pineapples were clearly low quality, and the sauce was bland, like it came straight out of a can with no seasoning. This isn’t the quality I expect from a brand that’s been around for decades. Definitely a letdown.

I’ve been coming to this location for many years, and I’ve never experienced such terrible customer service from the delivery driver. He was very rude and unapologetic and I thought we might have to fight on the street. If you want to keep your customers happy, tell your drivers they should be friendlier. The manager is very nice, but DO NOT order delivery.

Check your order for accuracy! I just wasted $8 for some dry cinnamon twist that were missing the caramel sauce. Despite numerous employees working someone slipped up. At least the pizza was decent but will go to a different location next time.

What a horrible location to order a pizza from!! Or at least attempt to ! I live in Richmond and placed a order here on doordash . This store calls me demanding that i cancel my order on DoorDash because my home is to far to deliver too . How ? when you guys are an available store on DoorDash ! I do understand there may have been a closer store but this is the location my order went too . Anyone who uses DoorDash knows that once the store has confirmed your order you cannot cancel the order or else you wont get your refund ! Geez update your locations and fares !!
Also whoever was the man on the phone today during the morning shift , you need to be retrained on how to be more respectful and professional when speaking to customers!! Very rude !

FYI- I’m a regular this restaurant. Today (03/07/2024) the customer service was unprofessional and not acceptable. The server was chatting with his friends and won’t take the our order. In the middle of the order the server continued chatting with his friends (who were in the restaurant). I’ve to wait beyond long for my beverage. I’ve to ask few times for my beverage. Not only that when my kids asked for toys the server smirked and said it is 5 dollars. All in all todays experience is leaving me in jeopardy whether to continue to come to this restaurant or not.
