Worst money spent on food ever.
I ordered a Buffalo chicken sandwich combo.
1.The drink: i asked for coke, and they gave me some that just looks like it, but it is not real coke drink.
2. The fries: old re-heated fried. They looked more like mushed potatoes. Not crispy… All soft and flavorless.
3. The sandwich: old reheated extra thin chicken patty. Far from crispy.. Dry burnt in the inside.
The bread: not fresh, and they didn’t even take the time to warm it up.
4. Customer service: the customer un front if me were “given” ketchup and hit sauce without even asking for it.
Instead, when i asked for ketchup packets, i was diected to tge dispenser.
The ketchup there had a funny weird taste. Unbeatable.
It could be understandable if they were busy, they there were noone alse after me.

Should have checked the reviews before I ordered something here.. The fries were dark brown and soggy because the cook didnt cook it right and the frying oil seem never been cleaned or changed for a long time. The signature hot dog was dry. Absolutely hated everything here.

After I went I’ve skating with my fiancee last night. We ended up getting a hotdog for myself and a Sprite for her. After we got home come to find out I had gotten food poisoning from Nathans. I really hope they have a food inspector go there. I will never ever eat there again.

Enfuriated! I ordered a Vanilla Shake, it was made with mostly milk & watered down not much ice cream. I went back to ask the clerk to pls make it thicker cause it was almost all milk he replied “that’s how it is!” With an attitude. I asked a second time so he then took my beverage, placed it on the counter, took the blender cup to a back room to “wash it”, NOTE! The wash basin is in the front counter where I can see it . He returned with the blender cup NOT CLEAN and proceeded to mix another shake for me. By his actions I simply threw out what he handed me because most likely he did something disgusting in the backroom! Otherwise; why would he use a wash basin in the back of the store if there’s one directly facing the customer? Bad service, nasty attitude,equals decline in sales.

I would give this establishment a 0 rating out of 5, but had to select at least a one star. They cannot get the order correctly at the ordering counter. The first time I ordered, they messed it up. Then I ordered what was missing, and they messed it up again. The person taking my order should just listen. Terrible customer service.

It’s a Nathan’s. Hot dogs are good, but don’t be fooled by the “buffalo tenders” or whatever they call them. It’s chicken tenders dropped in a tupperware with a pool of Frank’s and shaken really hard—not bad, but also not quite the photo.

All product is extremely expensive for nothing. A hot dogs costs $4.22 which should be maximum a dollar. Its tests no different than any other 50 cents hot dogs.
