I did very little research this evening when trying to decide what was for dinner. I walked by Hacienda round table pizza and did not think much of it. But, I have an Achilles heel for pizza. The restaurant itself was very clean and spacious.
On the wall across from the register, there are cardboard depictions of pizza sizes. I picked the medium thinking I could manage. I think it’s time to check the prescription on my glasses! I orderd the Guinevere vegetarian pizza, and had a seat. Not sure if I had set the bar low, but when my pizza showed up, I was floored. What a work of art! The pizza took 15 minutes to prepare. It was hot, freash, and delicious. What an awesome surprise.
As my friend, the Terminator likes to say, “I’ll be back!”

I just ordered the King Arthur’s Supreme pizza for delivery at my hotel, best I’ve ever had. Delivery was 30
Minutes early, yeah.driver was very kind as it’s pouring outside. Lots of toppings, great crust and sauce- hands down the best pizza. Delivered with Parmesan and red peppers, plates and napkins. Great job Round Table. A wonderful dinner! The only disadvantage was a min $25 order for delivery. Yet very happy and will put the extra in the fridge for breakfast.

The pizza at Round Table is always excellent hot, fresh, and delicious. But the service, especially from the bald manager/owner, is awful. He never smiles, never greets, and acts like customers are an inconvenience. His unfriendly, almost hostile attitude makes the whole place uncomfortable. Love the pizza, but I refuse to spend my money somewhere I’m made to feel unwelcome. Not going back.

Haven’t had Round Table Pizza for almost a decade. Not because I didn’t want it, but because it’s not in the state I live in. While visiting Pleasanton, I saw there’s was a Round Table Pizza in the city. I got a personal pizza and it was as expected. Excellent! Round Table Pizza is so good. The employees were all professional and I was in and out of the restaurant within 15 minutes.

The owner’s consistently abysmal behavior at this establishment is utterly unacceptable. On numerous occasions, he has outright declined to honor the Round Table Pizza coupon, fabricating flimsy excuses each time. Astonishingly, even though promotional signage throughout his restaurant invites customers to text a number for a $7 discount, he brazenly refused to extend the very same offer.
This individual, who goes by the name Sadiq, epitomizes the absolute worst in terms of customer service and honoring their own promotions. This level of service is nothing short of deplorable.

While the pizza here is quite good, I’ve had consistent issues with the service and management. Delivery policies seem to change frequently: initially, I was told drivers could no longer enter apartment buildings, and now I’m being informed that my address is no longer within the delivery area, despite receiving deliveries there multiple times in the past.
To make matters worse, my friend, who lives in the same building, was able to receive a delivery without any issue. Additionally, the delivery staff have been unusually persistent in requesting tips. When I asked if there was a personal issue with me, I was assured there was not. However, when my friend placed an order, the delivery was fulfilled without a problem, which leads me to believe that the issue stems from my previous refusal to tip the driver, as he declined to enter the building to deliver my order.
I would appreciate clarification on the matter, as it appears there may be inconsistencies in how customers are treated based on tipping.
