If I could rate 0 or negative stars, I would. Nothing as advertized, and not like my previous purchases or other review pictures. This and many other RT locations aren’t what they used to be. We’ve been regulars here for decades, but likely not anymore. The quality of food and service has tanked in recent years. Way too many corners cut to pad profits. Pizza’s are cooked on conveyors, not in ovens anymore, no cornmeal on the cardboardy crusts, and I barely ever see anyone dining in anymore. Dead giveaway. This is a shabby little cornerstore operation now. They don’t even hire their own drivers so they can’t use insulated warmers anymore, as they’ll go missing while farming it out to doordashers, which is making makes wait times inconsistent. You are better off picking it up yourself as it’ll show up cold, or possibly not at all if they cant find a dasher. The website and app are garbage and are missing items, showing things not available, are the wrong prices, and irritatingly glitchy clearing your cart repeatedly in the middle of orders. For $45-55 we expect decent service and quality pizza pies. $80+ dollars for a pizza with breadsticks and wings is outrageous at this poor quality.
This makes 3+ disappointments in a row. Tonight’s pickup was the worst yet. (Pictures provided) Ordered King Arthur Special no Bellpeppers. It had skimpy /thinly sliced/ desiccated toppings, and barely any sauce. Was dry and flavorless. There were only 2 wings in the $20 12pc wings order (big surprise, as drumsticks are 1/3 the cost per FYI) and even the $10 breadsticks were somehow leathery on the bottom and unappetizing. I went back to ask them what happened and requested a refund, and the staff refused to assist me, blaming “corporate trying to cut back on toppings costs”, and claiming they can’t adjust the slicers thicker or do anything better next time. They acted like they’ve never had to do a refund before and check their rules, before claiming it’s against policy to give refunds without the customer sending an email asking for one…
Appalling. Without stating any names, I’m permanently taking my family’s patronage to local REAL NY Pizzerias from now on, A Staten Island Garbage Pie or Ultimate Manhattan Meat Pie is always tastier AND FAR better quality for the same, or often lower price… In my honest opinion, at this rate Round Table corporate is pinching pennies so hard on ingredients, while padding their wallets by highway robbing consumers and taking advantage of underpaid employees, they are quickly becoming a dying fast food chain. Good riddance. Never again.

My mom ordered pizzas, mozzarella sticks, and garlic twists for delivery on Halloween for me and my sisters birthday party. She ordered it at 7:04 and at 8:45 she called and they said it was under the warmer with no one to bring it. She asked for a partial refund and they said no. I ended up driving down there to pick it up. The lady at the counter was so rude it was embarrassing for the business. She obviously hates her job. They had remade the pizzas and supposedly refunded her for the delivery charge. She said it never went back to her card and when she calls they won’t let her talk to the manager and they hang up on her. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!

I ordered my food online. I was told that it would be ready in 45 minutes. I got to the restaurant and the young lady at the register was short and snappy with the customers. My food wasn’t ready, and I was told that they lost my order after I waited over an hour for my food. No manager came out to apologize or nothing for my time or their mishaps.

I can’t rate the food because I didn’t eat any. I couldn’t get past how disgusting the restaurant looked after being open only 30 mins. (We arrived at 10:30). I was taking my son for an early lunch. The floor in front of the salad bar was so greasy I nearly slipped and fell on my way to the bathroom. Gas station restrooms looked cleaner than this bathrooms – it was atrocious. Coming back from the restroom I peered into the kitchen and spotted kitchen tools (I think a cutting tool of some sort) on the tile floor and it remained there the entire time we were there. I couldn’t bring myself to try the food but my son has his heart set on pizza so we stayed. Fortunately I can report he avoided any food borne illnesses but I would not recommend this facility unless cleanliness is not on your top priory list when choosing a food establishment. ****update – stock response from “RoundTable” is not helpful. Looking back on historical reviews over the last 6 years this has been a pervasive and ongoing issue about cleanliness. What assurances can you give that something will actually change???

Meet here with a woman’s business group twice a month and generally Michael and Raisean are working. They are great, most of the people we’ve had working are, at least one young lady could use some customer service training though. Food is good and service with these guys is better, always making sure we have everything we need.

The guy that served us took a very long time for takeout even though it was a timed order, we order two hours ahead of pickup time and there was only one order ahead of us. Then while we were waiting a guy came in to order a sandwich and it took 10 minutes before anyone even came out to take his order.
