Called in my order for a pepperoni pizza, when I went to pick it up 30 mins later and asked about my order, it seemed that the lady (I think owner) did not write it down or that she wrote down a pepperoni and mushroom pizza that was already in the oven (seemed like it was for someone else’s order so was confusing). They then prepared and cooked the pizza but came out like this. The crust didn’t even taste like RT’s normal crust (see pic) which was odd. Ended up sitting at the restaurant waiting for my pizza for an additional 20-25 mins as they cooked it. The whole process was not what i typically xp. at RT locations and looks like from other comments that this is a recurring issue with the owner.

I love Round Table Pizza but unfortunately my local franchise is terrible. Ordered an Italian garlic with mushrooms on half and received a cheese pizza with half mushrooms. Called it in and the first person who answered the phone was nice, he transfered me to the manager who grabbed the phone, stated they would remake it and rudely hung up. Delivery guy showed back up with….the same wrong pizza. When I called back the person who picked up apologized but said I would have to call back later. I asked to speak with the manager but was told she refused to come to the phone and there was nothing he could do. Not my first disappointment with this location but at this point I will never come back. The owner/manager should not work with the public.

We absolutely love the atmosphere and the pizza was absolutely amazing. Was ordered online and picked up was super hot and they even made it into a heart shape for us. The lady that works here is absolutely the sweetest and manages the establishment very well.

I was HUNG UP ON when about to make payment. This experience was really crazy. The woman helping us asked for our card number and we weren’t even done ordering. Then she asked for it again and we asked what the total is- she said $60, then she said “honey I can’t help you”- and she HUNG UP on us suddenly when we were about to give our card number to pay for our delivery/order! My family and I just looked at each other with our jaws dropped — we couldn’t believe it. I called back and asked to speak to a manager- she said she was the manager- I asked why she hung up when we were about to pay you $60 for the order- she said verbatim “it was $60.60 and I hung up because I had 10 other customers in front of me”. I cannot make this up- do not order here. That makes no sense at all. We called another location and ordered delivery at another Round Table in Dana Point.

I grew up loving this franchise. But pizza is suposed up be affordable and this place is not. Perhaps for dine in, I can see charging $30 for a pizza, but we ordered 2 pies and a small salad and it was over $70 delivered. I know expenses have gone up, but that’s kind of a lot.

Been here probably 20 times. Always a consistent pizza, the owner lady is very nice. She is never cheap on sauce or toppings. No reason to go anywhere else. More craft brews on tap from docent or something would be nice. Craft blonde ale or lager would be great.

The older lady was so so rude she kept yelling and i believe she was training a new employee and the way she was yelling at him is not okay!! I also don’t understand why she isn’t wearing proper work shoes!!! she’s in sandal’s in the kitchen!! i placed my order online and i still had to wait to for my pizza!! never going back again!!

I have been to this round many times and I don’t even live in San Clemente! Their pizza is fantastic and the salad bar is always fresh, always clean, and there is always a good variety to choose from. The girl behind the counter, I really wish I knew her name, is absolutely amazing though! She is always so friendly and so helpful. The food is excellent, the prices are great and the service is spectacular! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for good pizza!

Don’t order from here. The pizza tastes horrible. Pizza Hut and Dominos are better. The “medium size” pizza is a small size compared to any other pizza place. I would not recommend
