You are Better off going to a different location.
I placed a PAID online order here Dec.22nd
Then a girl calls me stating they can’t release my food because I did not pay my last visit in July for an online pick up order and that I owed them money and that she will have to cancel my ALREADY PAID order if I do not pay for July’s order. (IT WAS ALREADY DECEMBER) And I would need to pay if I want my food, I just agreed because I did not want to deal with it as it was the week of Christmas.
Last time I was there in July I gave the guy my card and it is not my fault he did not charge the full amount. After getting home they called me but I was NOT going back and I did not see my account until the next day said charged $3.25
I had to pay a total of 46.72 in order to get my already paid food.
I am unsure the names of the employees but I felt as if they could have handled it a more professional way instead of accusing the customer and should of held the employee accountable. I have attached a screenshot of my bank statement in July that says Round Table $3.25 proving I gave him my card (especially needing to pay to give me my food). I Also attached my invoice from the double charge due to “owing” them money and in order to ever eat their again I had to pay.
They also NEVER get back to their emails of feedback as I sent four with the screenshot attached as well.
I am a very dissatisfied and upset customer with this location and their workers, you are definitely better off contacting corporate and going else where!!!

I’ve been going to this Roundtable for over five years. I’m always treated very nicely and the food was very good today. I tried to order my regular order with my senior discount was told I could no longer get it so now I’m gonna go with that food and they’re not gonna get my business.
I was asked to contact you and the email doesn’t work! Ask the girl who answered the phone yesterday about one pm! I told I was going to leave a bad review. Then check your computer I’m in it for previous orders.

Great customer service cashier gave us details on the menu and salad bar. Once we received the pizza we dove in. Cheese was bland dough had no flavor, very little cheese. I remember RT being one of the best pizza chains. Not worth the premium price at $25 for the pizza.

Asked to sub jalapeno poppers for cheese sticks or potato wedges since it was for kids….manager said no. Clearly they dont care to accommodate children at this overpriced pizza place. Cheese sticks and taters cost less than cheese poppers so it makes ZERO sense!!!! Never coming here again!!!

It’s a great place to go for pizza. Get a pan pizza it’s better in the thin pizza. The service is good and very helpful. Great location. There is a plenty place to park. Place is pretty clean. As salad bar wasn’t the greatest. It was in that fresh the salad. The place is a little bit more expensive than others for pizza it taste better. You don’t have to wait too long for your pizza. The neighborhood is good.

The staff is extremely nice. The pizza way really good but I had to give a mid score because the wings had a fishy taste to them. We didn’t get sick but the fishy smell lingered. I don’t think it was the fresh. The pizza was awesome though.
