One of the best meals I’ve ever eaten.
Was able to have a very comfortable intimate dinner for 2 despite the restaurant being completely full. Literally could not think of a single thing that would’ve improved the experience from the amazing mocktails, the phenomenal birria dip appetizer, the well thought-out and executed entrees (the sausage and salad and the bruleed brie burger), all the way to the very thoughtful card and flowers for my birthday.

I made a reservation and took someone special out to local for a birthday celebration. From the moment we walked in the door the staff was attentive and so professional. They assisted with thoughtful recommendations and menu favourites. The food was deliscious and portion sizes were generous. At the end of our meal, the staff presented the birthday girl with a bouquet of beautiful flowers and a lovely birthday card signed by all the staff. How amazing! That remarkably thoughtful gesture turned our lovely night out into something just a bit more. We will definately be repeat customers for sure.

LOCAL absolutely nailed it. The food came out perfectly seasoned — every bite had that confident, “we know what we’re doing” flavour. Portions were solid, none of that stingy nonsense. The atmosphere hit just right too: warm, lively, and exactly the kind of vibe you want when you’re out to enjoy yourself.
And the service? Outstanding. Attentive without hovering, friendly without forcing it — just flat-out excellent.

Walking into Local its a low lit warm light environment, my party was seated immediately with no wait. Our appetizer was toasted bread with a cheese sauce, which everyone enjoyed. They took notice of of our groups size and brought us extra bread our entire time here the service was top notch. My main meal was the bison burger, hadn’t had bison in a long time and was not disappointed this burger, the bacon jam gave the burger the extra flavor that bison lacks on its own. With my meal I ordered a Moscow mule the consensus from the table was that the drinks where a little above average. Local Wyoming has a nice environment, immaculate service, and a very unique menu that I hope to try more of in the future.

Enjoyed dinner at local Wyoming for a couples date night. Booked a reservation and were seated immediately upon arrival. Our waitress, Emily, was great. Between the 4 of us, 2 got the bison burger, escargot & birria tacos. All of the food was fantastic. The fries were awesome, I asked what oil they used and it was duck fat. Kudos to the restaurant because the fries slapped! Huge thanks to the cheif Liam and Asthon for the after meal night cap. Loved the atmosphere and experience will 100% be back.

I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant! We came to celebrate a friends birthday and I was blown away, I was glad to finally get the chance to try it out!
Our drinks were phenomenal — I got the “Not Tonight” mocktail and it was next level, my friend got a spicy watermelon margarita and she said it was the right amount of spice and refreshing.
For our appetizer we got the Dip Flight which included smoked baba ganoush, cowboy caviar and a creamy pesto & goat cheese dip — it was served with tortilla chips and warm pita. The cowboy caviar was both mine and my friends favourite, it was light and refreshing but all three dip options were divine.
The real show stopper for the meal was our entrée — we both chose the “Fire Kissed Fusilli” and holy.. it was to die for. The brisket was so soft it was melting in your mouth and was a perfect addition to the savoury pasta. I was very glad with my choice in entrée.
On top of every part of our meal being delicious our server was also lovely, checking on us often to make sure we were satisfied and the establishment itself was private and had a good feel to it. I will be returning, thank you for a lovely evening.

We had such high expectations for this restaurant because it was highly recommended to us, and the space itself is absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, our experience was a complete disappointment.
We waited two hours for our food. The service was extremely disorganized, meals were brought out at completely different times. Some of us received our dinners two hours after ordering, while others waited an additional 30 minutes after that. To make matters worse, the appetizer (bone marrow) arrived after all of our main meals had already been served, which makes no sense.
The waitress appeared very untrained and overwhelmed. She never once asked us if we wanted water, never refilled drinks, and never checked on our table to see how things were going. From the very beginning we clearly told her we needed two separate bills, and even that was somehow messed up at the end.
It’s such a shame because the restaurant itself is stunning, but the lack of proper service and organization completely ruined the experience. The owners seriously need to invest in training their staff. We will not be returning. Total disappointment

Wow, what a goldmine spot in Wyoming!! Me and the family had dinner at Local Wyoming and the food was amazing. Chef Liam deserves a 5 star Michelin at his restaurant. We ordered the Tomahawk steak, loaded mash, veggies, Caesar salad and grilled cheese. It was all served and cooked to perfection. He’s passionate about his cooking and it shows and delivers in taste.
It’s fine dining at its best in a small country charm. Lucian was also engaging with customers and was very attentive to ensuring you enjoy your dining experience.
Wyoming is lucky to have this establishment and highly recommend this place for any of your dining needs. You will not be disappointed

Cannot say enough positive things about our experience here yesterday. We came to celebrate my birthday and my mom’s birthday and everything was fantastic. Great food! Great owner chef Liam! And great staff! Loved the decor too . We’ll be back again and again
