Each time I visit this location, Rebecka is working the cashier and consistently appears unhappy and unwelcoming. She frequently rolls her eyes at customers. I understand that working late, handling multiple orders, and wanting to go home can be stressful; however, that does not excuse poor customer service. This is the third time I have experienced negative service from her.
On this visit, I was next in line and waited until it was my turn. When I approached the counter, she stared at me without greeting. I said hello and began placing my order, but she abruptly cut me off, rolled her eyes, and stated, “It’s going to be a 40-minute wait.” I told her it would be fine. She then took my order in a dismissive manner, saying, “Personal what? Pepperoni?”
After placing the order, I took my children to the arcade. When we returned, the pizza was ready, and we brought it to our room. Once we opened the box, the pizza was burnt. I have never received burnt pizza from this location before, which made the experience even more disappointing.
Overall, this visit reflected a lack of professionalism and care. I hope management addresses these ongoing customer service issues to ensure a more welcoming experience for future guests.

The service was good. 1 lady working the kitchen and checkout and she did an excellent job. Overworked and underpaid most likely. I got one slice of pizza and it was $21. That is absolute ridiculous! I know airport food is always pricey but I have never seen anything like this in my life. Insane!! The slice was good but no pizza slice on earth is worth $21. It wasn’t a big slice either just average.

I highly recommend this place especially if you’ve been upstairs in the casino all day. I went here with a couple of my friends a few days ago and it was absolutely slammed and you could definitely tell that they were understaffed but the girl up front I think her name is Kim was so sweet so patient and so caring that I didn’t even care the place was packed. Honestly is probably the best day ever. I was upstairs in the casino got a few too many drinks then went downstairs to the round table just to break up the pace and was fed hot pizza so quickly. Despite it being so full I watched kim take orders make sure everything was stocked and ensure that the place was clean all honesty it feel like without her the ambience might not have been as great as it was. I can’t wait to come back! 10/10 would come again!

We were the first ones to walk in for a quick lunch as soon as it opened and so everything was clean and staff was very friendly. Pizza was ready within 20 minutes and the flavors are always tasty, was really impressed with the quality.

Service was good. My large veggie pizza was terrible .Hardly any cheese absolutely no sauce and lacked flavor.I live round table pizza and have been eating it for years. I have never had this experience until now.We got it to go so we would of asked for our money back.Wasted money.

Please go order dominoes or something on Uber eats the food here is bad. I’m vegetarian so I requested to know about the veggie options. Had to pay a $2 take out fee which is OKAY but to get my order wrong is abysmal for a pizza place. I ordered a customised personal pizza, ended up getting a pepperoni pizza which I had to return 10 minutes later as it was a takeout order. Had to wait another 10 mins to receive a burnt pizza with burnt garlic. Bitter and essentially an inedible $16 purchase, I was offered a complimentary $5 ranch to fix my burnt and wrong pizza issues. Lol what a joke.

I hadn’t eaten at a Roundtable Pizza in years. We happen to be staying at the GSR where a Roundtable is and since we started staying here 3 weeks ago, we have eaten there 5 times because it has been excellent. And that’s ordering a different pizza everytime.
