Awesome spot. Cool vibe. A great place to unplug and unwind. Love that there are no TVs or other distractions. Has a real old school feel – just hanging out with people and great cocktails.

Had a coipke cocktails tonight with a girlfriend. Place was great, welcoming atmosphere, service was wonderful. Wish we had more time to try more cocktails and check out the wine. The pizza was also delicious! Can’t wait to come back.

This place is small and intimate. I went there to try a couple of new brown liquors. They have a terrific selection. The bartender was friendly and knowledgeable. They have a superb drink menu. I did not eat, but the pizza looked delicious.

This was an incredible experience! A bar like this was desperately needed in this area and we’re so happy to have discovered it. The drinks were delicious, unique and reasonably priced. They were interesting without being pretentious. The service was friendly, attentive and the owner took time to talk to us and recommend drinks. The pomme dessert was delicious as well. We loved the chill vibe and atmosphere. No kids are allowed which is to be expected at a place like this but that’s fine- this will be a go to staple for us on date nights when we have a babysitter. Can’t wait to go back!

A beautiful eatery that’s really digging into the hole in the wall aesthetic. I can’t suggest it for anyone who is covid conscious since it’s especially cramped nor anyone in a wheelchair for that same reason. The service was great, my food was delicious, and my partner enjoyed the drink! It would be great if they had some non-alcoholic options like mocktails and non-alcoholic wine.

Rouge 41 is one of the best date night spots in the SW Metro!
The service was phenomenal. Jonah made us some awesome cocktails on the menu and Joe created us something eclectic off menu. It is fascinating watching them craft delicious beverages with such precision. It might be tempting to order something you’re used to (looking at you, old fashioned and margarita drinkers) but trust me, get something outside of the box here. You’ll be pleasantly surprised!
The food menu is small, but everything is outstanding! We got the charcuterie and the tuna—both were outstanding. I also saw some delicious looking bruschetta passing us by!
I recommend sitting at the bar, but there’s limited seating for smaller groups at tables too.

Great spot in an area that was lacking this type of establishment. I’ve been here several times now and every bartender has been outstanding. Clearly they hire with intent. Drinks are made with proper ingredients and every bartender has had good recommendations!

We loved this place! The cocktail of the month was a green apple spicy mule type of drink. So good! And the waitress Elsa recommended the Crime of Passion and it was THE best drink. With a little spice. They make great cocktails! Elsa was awesome and the best waitress. Funny. Helpful and great at serving! Definitely check this out. We will be back if ever on the area! The charcuterie looked amazing and they make their own pickles!

Great time checking this place out! They have delicious and unique drinks! The bartenders really know what they are doing! The food was great too, we had the large charcuterie board and the burrata. Both delicious! It has a great atmosphere also, it is a smaller place but they do have one large couch are for a bigger group! I would definitely recommend this place for a night out!
