Update..(i appreciate you sent me a link to reach out, but just as you failed on service at your location, you never followed up. I stand by this location is horrible and avoid at all costs!)Food was cold. Service was terrible. The manager acted like a hateful robot. She stayed on her cell phone even while serving customers. There were zero clean tables. They were out of napkins and straws. The ice machine started throwing out ice all over the place, including the floor. They were told so nobody would slip and get hurt. The response was amazing. Yeah it does that all the time and went back to the personal phone call. This place is disgusting.

I stopped by the drive-thru today and ordered a bone-out chicken and some French fries. For the price, the chicken, which was small in size, was surprisingly disappointing in flavor. The French fries, typically easy to prepare well, also didn’t impress. Honestly, I have no intention of returning or trying their food again, but that’s just my personal opinion.

Horrible! This is the third time I’ve ordered DoorDash for this Popeye’s that it’s been such a nightmare. I was missing part of my order (a drink and a biscuit) and the coleslaw was sour. Never ordering at this store again unless major overhaul happens.

Nervous to try, because of the reviews, but my meal was excellent. Service was fast and friendly. Chicken and sides were fresh and hot. Restaurant was very clean. The soda machine is complete trash, but otherwise, a really good lunch. Maybe I just hit at the right time, but I find it hard to believe that this is the same popeyes that is in the other reviews

I love Popeyes and they usually don’t mess up my order. They have gotten much better with their service and speed, they used to be terrible. Based on my last 4-6 visits the speed of service has been great & the food is always so good. I only order through the drive thru.

First time coming here, and we was hungry for mashed potatoes and crispy chicken. Almost $10 for 2 piece chicken meal. 3 piece was more, it said it came with a breast, but we got a thigh. The lady just said it was either or. The tea tasted weird, the Cajun gravy mashed potatoes was awful and very lumpy. The Mac was okay. The chicken was good and crispy at least. Won’t come here again, nasty food and expensive little portions. Bring back long John silvers!

I never leave reviews so you know it’s bad if im here I came through the drive through at around 8:30pm had a long day driving for work. The girl running the drive through was rude and clueless first of all. Second of all my order of the 3pc combo came with 2 cold pieces of chicken and a ball of breaded shrimp that I didn’t order and the sauce I asked for was of course not there and the fries were tossed all through the bag and also cold. Im also allergic to shrimp so I had to throw it away. Horrible service and food. Avoid this place at all costs

You know, Popeyes hasn’t always been around Indiana. I didn’t go when it first opened, but I heard that it was bad. Since then, I’ve gone probably about 5-10 times, each time worst than the last. The most recent “visit” is what I am reviewing. I was quite famished and ordered the Hot Ones combo via doordash. After finally arriving at my house, I opened the bag to dsicover that it was missing not only a cup of sauce that came with the meal, but an entire chicken sandwich. Words cannot express how much grief I felt in that moment. I had waited, hungry, with the promise of bonless bites, sirracha dippers, and a rojo chicken sandwich, for about an hour. It was disapointing that I had to remain hungry and couldn’t enjoy my meal that I paid for with my hard earned money because of this. Popeyes, I may never return here. I have been betrayed for the last time.

Update- stopped back a handful or more times since the last review. All of the orders have had no mess ups, portions have been great, haven’t had a wait inawhile even with a big order I placed. Another star earned.
Been here a few time’s since they’ve first opened..
Twice actually this past week, and both time’s our food was really good! Never had one of their chicken sandwiches either till this week. We ordered the spicy blacken chicken sandwich with spicy mayo and oh goodness. LOVED IT, chick-fil-a sandwiches have been beat by this one for us at least. Bun was fresh, chicken was juicy, and it is actually spicy.
Downfall for here..except for today more times than not the orders have usually been wrong in one way or another, there is always a wait no matter how long or short the line is, and it is a little more pricey.
Lastly..Most the employees are really nice, there is one (I’m pretty sure he’s a manager, if he’s not..He most definitely needs to be and needs a pay increase either way.) employee who is ALWAYS running around doing everything, going above and beyond ALWAYS, and as polite as can be. He’s the best one there.
All in all, will be back again.
