Reviews
The food arrived within a reasonable amount of time and was still fresh and delicious. What really surprised me was that the owner delivered it himself! He was so friendly and made sure everything was perfect. He even invited me to come dine in at the restaurant sometime, which I thought was such a nice, personal touch.
Overall, just a really great experience with amazing service and food. I’ll definitely be ordering again — and next time, I’ll probably take him up on that invite to dine in!
Everything was delicious and the service also deserves 5 stars! Elena and Sara were so sweet and attentive! We tried the hawaiian pizza and it was definitely something i’ll be going back for!
The restaurant is beautiful, calm, a small sanctuary well located and has a welcoming atmosphere. My husband usually orders food from here, and we decided to have dinner there for the first time, me with our 4-year-old daughter. Unfortunately, our experience was deeply disappointing due to the way we were treated by the waitress Elena S.
From the beginning there was confusion and a total lack of professionalism. I was being served by one person, when the other simply interrupted me. I ordered a cappuccino, which came as a simple espresso. My order was interrupted several times, and the simple request to change a cheese pizza that Elena suggested, without waiting for me to finish my order, to half Portuguese and half cheese (paying the full price), was met with impatience, rudeness, and no empathy. Instead of communicating clearly, Elena became defensive, distorted the facts for the owner, and made us feel uncomfortable and disrespected. As someone who has worked in customer service, I know that kindness and listening are the soul of good service. What happened today wasn’t a misunderstanding, it was a lack of respect.
To the owner: your restaurant has great potential and a wonderful atmosphere. But service like this dims any shine.
(Elena S.) This is an opportunity to reflect and grow. Every table you serve is a chance to practice empathy and respect.

During my visit, I observed a staff member being dismissive toward a customer who simply asked a question about their order. The food itself was fine, though service was slower than expected. Initially, I considered leaving a balanced and constructive review. However, after reading a recent customer’s review and the business owner’s public response to it, I was genuinely disgusted. Blown away to be exact!
Reviews are an opportunity for reflection and improvement. They are a chance for a business to acknowledge concerns and demonstrate a commitment to better service. Unfortunately, the response I saw did the opposite. Rather than addressing the feedback with professionalism, it reinforced and proved the concerns raised by the customer to be true and reflected poorly on the business as a whole.
Delivery drivers and customers alike are guests in your establishment and deserve to be treated with basic respect. Asking for a timeframe on an order in order to notify the customer is a reasonable request, not a provocation. I personally appreciate when my delivery drivers keep me updated on my order. Publicly disparaging someone who raises a concern only validates the original criticism, shows the lack in the leadership of the business and makes you look extremely bad to the public (your potential guests). What was especially troubling was the decision to publicly shame and demean someone for working as an Uber Eats driver to support her military son…. A SOLDIER IN THE MILITARY. Honest work should never be used as a point of ridicule. Using someone’s livelihood as a way to discredit them is inappropriate and reflects poorly on the values of the business.
Based on both what I observed in person and how feedback was handled publicly, I will not be returning to this restaurant. I’ve been a customer for many years, and it’s disappointing to see a missed opportunity to take the higher road. I truly hope the approach to customer service and accountability improves in the future.
