They are very rude. The restaurant is dirty. Guy in the front taking orders literally blew his nose then went right back to flipping vegetables like it was nothing. Didn’t wash his hands or change gloves. Do not spend with these money hungry people please. They will serve you anything as long as you are paying.

This location is the poorest of this chain here in Cleveland. All of the protein is suspicious. The shrimp was very dirty and fishy. The chicken tasted like dog. And the steak is super thin and chewy. Get your hibachi else where. This place is a sorry excuse and they do a lousy, nasty job.

OMG.. this food is slappin’ bussin’ bangin’ bomb’ and any other term you wanna use. This is our first time trying via door dash and the food arrived fast, correct, fresh and hot! I’m impressed and I love it. We’ll be back. The portions are huge! The sauce is good! The prices are right! The chicken egg rolls are filled with white meat chicken and it’s truly to live for.
