Rōst is a gem of a coffee shop in Chillicothe. They make excellent coffee and the staff have always been polite and attentive to service. This new location is smaller than their previous one, so it feels a bit more cramped but I feel the ambience is warmer and more inviting.
While their seasonal drinks are good, the cubano is still my go to and never fails.
If you can visit one coffee shop while in Chillicothe, this place is it.

We were on the way back to Columbus and checked out this coffee shop and man we were blown away! Had the brown butter latte and a cappuccino. Best coffee we’ve had since moving to Ohio, Best cappuccino since visiting Italy! This may be an hour away from where we live now but we will definitely be returning!

One of my favorites!! their coffees and matcha taste so so good, the workers are al very friendly and helpful, and it’s such a cozy atmosphere that makes you feel so welcomed and safe! I got there on Thursdays for the worship and everyone is so nice to me and the music groups are awesome! totally recommend.(they also have the best desserts!)

An exquisite coffee shop and roaster for the region. Comfy space with lots of area to work or hang out. Great drinks and yummy food. My wife got a seasonal latte that was delicious. My old-fashioned cold brew seemed to be missing some of the ingredients listed. It tastes like watered down cold brew rather than a specialty drink. We were traveling so I didn’t drive back. The cookies were delicious. A solid side salad with real greens. Definitely check this place out! It is a gem!

The Cortado is fire. One of the best I’ve had in the USA. Grilled cheese is delicious and the cold brew is flavorful.

We discovered this place thanks to Yelp and its stellar reviews. Upon entering, we found ample open floor space with many nomads working on their laptops. Our brunch included the following; super toast, avo toast, and peach toast, and each dish delighted us with its incredible flavors. It was a culinary delight, a true foodgasm. The coffee drinks adorned with beautiful art added to the experience. The service was prompt and excellent. Definitely on our list for a return visit when in the area.

This is THE coffee shop to go to in Chillicothe! But not only is the coffee good the breakfast is even better! Everything I have had was very flavorful and very big portions. At times it could be a 30-40 minute wait on a busy time of day but it is worth it! The staff is always friendly and is knowledgeable!

This was only my second visit. Honestly I returned for the Cubano, it’s the first time in 20yrs that I’ve found a place to serve something even half as good as Miami, FL. Highly recommend for all the drinks & snacks. It’s a great atmosphere to include three great local shops.
