I have to say, this used to be my favorite restaurant when I lived in Trinity. I finally had the opportunity to go. Casey, our waitress was outstanding and the reason I haven’t called the owner. I used to always order the baked ziti with Alfredo sauce and that was the reason we went. The waitress truly tried for us but the chef told the waitress absolutely not. I then asked if I could order and pay for the ziti and get the Alfredo on the side. Nope! I ended up ordering the tornalini and it was not good. I barely ate. I know they are known for their pizzas but that’s not what I went up there for. I don’t know if the chef was in a bad mood but a substitution is not that difficult. We also got a calzone that was good but the experience and pasta was not. The best part of our meal was Casey, our waitress that was so apologetic and we truly appreciated that.

Lastly, it’s a given that MOST everyone uses a creditcard to pay for their meals. The restaurant has Always paid those fees. To push that now to your customers to make extra profit poor practices. I’ve never had to pay a fee to use my credit card at the restaurant. Please remove this. It’s not right.

Our waitress Michelle was very pleasant. We arrived at 7:30. Very cozy vibe inside. I would go back for sure! Food was good and the portions are not huge which I do like that.

We had a large table of 10 for my husband 70th birthday, we have multi generations at the table, including my parents who needed additional space for a walker. The food and wine was flowing. We had a wonderful time and we were able to all have conversations together. The service was fantastic and the desserts at the end with the icing on the cake! We felt this was one of the best family meals we’ve had that was not at our own home and I enjoyed the delicious food and not having to cook and clean myself! This will be on our go to list for other events as a group as well as individually thank you Rossi for a great experience!

Haven’t been here in several years we tried it again in the hopes of getting authentic Italian cuisine away from all of the chain restaurants that aren’t really that authentic. Our server Vic was quite professional and courteous but the timing to place our order and receive anything was 30 plus minutes. When I say anything, at about the 30-minute mark, the only thing that actually did come over was a loaf of bread with some butter. Hungry and surprised but we were okay with it. We never received the fresh baked garlic knots promised ever and after about another 20 minutes I was told that my order was not written down correctly and was asked what did I want. Maybe our server had too many tables, not sure. He apprised the manager on duty and she came over to the table in a huff as if it was my fault and demanded that I make a new decision because they were getting ready to close. She did not bring a menu or make any recommendations and it’s hard to believe how rude this lady actually was. It was embarrassing in front of my family and friends to say the least. We all looked at each other in disbelief. They generously shared what food did come out with me so that I could eat something and that they wouldn’t feel completely uncomfortable. Cannot run a restaurant like this and expect to be successful and pay the bills. You guys have to do better.

Came inside to get pizza to go. Never have I been greeted by the pizza guy! That was our first impression. walking in and immediately being told hello how are you doing someone will be with you shortly. He was flipping dough in the air which we thought was super cool as well. Pizza was made almost perfectly! Every topping was distributed evenly and everything was amazing!! We will definitely order here again. We had a great experience!

Searched for a new Italian place after moving. First impression is that the main foods were good! Getting seated was quick for a Saturday evening. After we were seated we waited a substantial amount of time before the server acknowledged us. When she did she took drink and food orders at the same time. We ordered a glass of wine and two soft drinks which were brought back quickly. Bread prior to entree was topped with sesame seeds..wasn’t my favorite but was served nice and warm. Side salad with Italian dressing was very herbal oil but lacked some flavor. Entrees were spaghetti parm, baked ziti, and a cheese pizza. All portions were huge! My son said the pizza wasn’t the most flavorful but the ziti and chicken parm were very good! Pasta sauce was a little on the salty side for me but overall I believe we will be back to try more.

It is my wife’s new favorite spot. We’ve had the manicotti, lasagna , and pizza. All was great.
We tried going there ob valentines day and found out you should make reservations. The website doesn’t say anything about reservations, but I would recommend calling and checking, especially on a weekend or special day.

I love everyone that works here! Super friendly people, not sure of her name but she offered me her umbrella to walk next door while it was raining! It doesn’t get better than here. The Sicilian pizza is fantastic, I mean look at that cheese pull fresh out of the box! They also make the best garlic knots you’ll ever have!

The restaurant is very small and you sit on top of people. The food was good, the salad very small and basically lettuce nothing else. The main dishes we had were excellent and we had leftovers. The fettuccine Alfredo some of the best we ever had. Chicken parm also delicious. Its a bit more expensive than some of the other Italian restaurants around. We will go back. Reservations recommended
